I can imagine CK movicol is great too if you get bound up, its gentle and dosent create dependanc. I used it after my ceaser because the pain meds were blocking me up. Straining with an abdominal wound is yuck.

Miss J sounds like Lilly evenings are like acid ATM with her only settling at midnight after being awake on and off from about 4pm she did sleep almost 5 hours last night so happy days.

How many feeds should she be having now 6-8 with 6-8 wet nappies and 1-2 dirty ones a day? Trying to track it better now going for fully BF
