Hello all, I've been very slack lately, reading but not writing. Lovely to hear all your news and how the bubs are growing so fast now.

All is good with us, DD gets her harness off in 3.5 weeks and her hips have formed nicely so its just on as a precaution now. Still BFing exclusively and I'm loving it even though I'm still up several times a night to feed or put the dummy back in. The ADs are doing their job and I'm feeling fantastic and loving being a mum now. It makes such a difference to enjoy it all.

So is everyone looking forward to Xmas? I hope you can all have some down time in your busy lives and enjoy your bubs and families.
    xx

Dusty, good to hear from you. Great news that Freya gets her harness off soon, glad she didn't need it on for too long. I'm so happy that the ad's are doing their job & you are really enjoying mummyhood again. Is your sister coming back for Xmas?

    Hi Girls,

I hope you all enjoyed Christmas with your bubs & had a lovely day. We had a lovely day with family. Our girls got way too many presents, very lucky girls they are!!

We've got no plans for new years eve tonight coz DH is working 10pm-6am. On Sunday we're going up to Port Douglas for 3 nights. It will be nice to get away, I just hope the weather is ok, I think it might rain though.

Hope you all have a great new year!

    Hi Girls,

Dusty - YAY for Freya's harness coming off! I saw the good news on FB. Hope you are enjoying how much easier nappy changes etc are now!

Hope everyone else is well and enjoying their bubs.

Just wondering if anyone has started solids? I tried a week or so ago, and Ted seemed to love it, but now he gags. I guess I will persist - I just try once a day and don't push it if he's not interested.

Best go, Ted is waking up x

Ambah is on solids. We had to, otherwise she'd do everything in her power to get the food out of our hands. She doesn't gag or anything, just shoves it in her mouth and eats it lol. She's such a pig!

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas & New Year. I'm not on much ATM as dh is on holidays. Off to do more painting

I was wondering what happened to Jodi & why she hadn't been around lately.

Twin, I am enjoying lexie's toothless grin. One of my friends has a 10 mtg old who still doesn't have a tooth, I keep telling her to enjoy the toothless smiles.

Cupcake, Lexie loves swimming but I need to put DD2 in lessons before lexie. DD1 still does lessons but she's pretty much right to swim on her own now so once this term is over we will pull her out & start DD2, so that will be after the Easter holidays. I've just forked out $221 for this term for DD1.

Dusty, lexie still isn't sitting either but both DD1 & 2 didn't sit on their own til 8mths so im thinking lexie will be the same but coz she's my last baby I don't care if she doesn't do it for a while, I want her to stay my baby that little bit longer.

LOL oh my mistake Dusty hahahaha. Ive been having a lot of blonde moments lately!

I got mine a few weeks after putting the request in, i paid to have it express posted tho. They didnt even put DPs occupation on it tho which i was annoyed about, how hard is it to fill in one more square...seriously? Butcher. Not that hard to type lol it was on the form! Rant over hehe

Dusty she is on my FB if you wanted to add her

Laila sits well for a little while then falls to the side or back hehe, sometimes she tries to go forwards onto her knees but just face plants

    Awwww I will miss Jodi.

No sitting up or teeth here yet. Lots of rolling though. Still trying solids every so often, but they're not going down well yet.

Yes Dusty, isn't it a gorgeous age? Just adorable!

Cupcake (feels funny calling you that!), we often take both DS's to the pool for a play. DS1 is starting lessons this year and he's almost 3. Like Twin Sis, we tried earlier, but he wasn't into it.

Hope you are all well. How fast is the time going??!!!
