Buzzie that's great advice about single parent payment. I learnt the hard way that it doesn't get backdated, they just go by the date you ring centrelink

thank you all for the support. It means alot. Im being strong for Blakes sake.
DP came past yesterday to see Blake and we had a chat and he is going to give us both space for about a week then we will talk more after that, I dont see him coming back though. I dont wanna push him away, but at the same time I dont wanna loose him more. I dont know what to do. He sat me down yesterday and told me he cant handle my mood swings anymore. I never realised how bad I was until he said that. I have been like a rollercoaster. I spoke to the doctor this morning and she has put me on anti depressents and wants me to see someone at the support centre. I have had depression many times in my past due to miscarriages etc and she thinks if i dont get on top of it now that it will be relapsing. I dont want matt to think im doing this for him only, but its something im working on to get myself better and taking one step at a time. Blake and Matt mean the world to me and would do anything to bring him back.

Deana - I guess you can only give him space and tell him your seeing help and trying to sort out your depression. Sometimes though when a guy gets an idea to run its an easier decision to make then stay and try or go back for another go, men always will want there cake and eat it too (sorry if that offends anyone who has a guy who isnt like that) but i have seen too many who do it so i have little faith left in them, I'm hoping Rob will change that perception for me, but doubting it.
You need to try to not stress about what you cant change and if he needs his space he needs to come back when hes ready or he wont be in the right frame of mind. So look after yourself and that beautiful little man of yours. Things will get better, tho it doesnt seem like it. Promise it will, with or without him, because you are strong hun!

Deana - Oh sweetie - I am soo very sorry that it's so tough for you right now. No advice. Just love and support. Oh yeah, one bit of advice. Blake does come first, but remember you have to also look after yourself too. It's good to see you are doing that. You are stronger than you know.

Fuzzie - have a great trip.

Bec - how did your percentages of time work out today?

Deana - I believe that everything happens for a reason... do what you need to to get yourself back on track and feeling right and then you can deal with your relationship. It will all work out the way its meant to in the end.

Hahaha ladies... I didnt actually work out the percentages (no time for that!), it was just an estimation!

dory - Isaacs day was: feeding 25%, play 10%, sleep 35%, and just awake/ 30%. I did count crying as well but as he cried for a total of less than 5 minutes for the entire day it wasn't worth including. He's not much of a cryer but usually he does have a bit of a cry in the evening around 5pm but usually very quickly settles once I sit on the fit ball with him. That thing is magic!
edit: I mean he settles when we are ON the fitball, sometimes we can be on and off it for ages before he actually goes to sleep properly at night.

Connie - thanks for the idea even if you didn't work it out yourself. It was a great exercise for me to do as I was able to see that Isaacs day isn't actually random, there seems to be a pattern

Wow Isaac had such a great night, well for us anyway! He went to sleep at 8:30, woke up at 1:30am (5 hours!)fed and was back to sleep by 2:20, then woke again at 6:30, so just one overnight feed instead of 2 or 3. I hope its the start of something..

OMG - jaw dropping moment here - Hannah slept from 8.30pm to 5.30am! She;s not sick, that I know of. Having said that, she barely slept during the day at all. Just cat naps. I was so totally surprised when I woke up at 1 and she hadn't woken then when I woke at 5 and she still hadn't. Wowee that is an extra long sleep. I am not expecting it to continue. I reckon it was just a freak experience.

    Hi everyone!

Since I've started doing the behavioural stuff for reflux Lottie is a lot better - still not 100% but better. We're all off to the Drs on the 21st so I'll see how we go, if it's still bad, I'll try and get her in before hand. THANK YOU all SO SO much!! I was at my wits end! I'm a lot happier and less stressed now that she is too - I'm still going to ask for help though.

Bec - less than 5 min?! I agree with Connie, you are SO lucky!! lol

De- oh huni! I'm so sorry that things are so crap-tacular for you at the moment. I really hope things start to look up. Hope li'l Blake is feeling better too - can't begin to imagine how stressed you must be feeling about him at the moment. Chin up chickie, you're a strong, beautiful woman and you will overcome these obstacles - they're only going to make you stronger!

Dory - That's an awesome sleep! I bet you're feeling fantastic after a good night too! It might have been a fluke, but it also might be the start of something! *fingers crossed* for you hun.

Connie - *hugs* so glad to see you around more often! Can't believe George will be starting solids soon! Where did the time go huh?

Fuzzy - hope you're having fun!

Buzzie- how are things going with you and DP now?

Belfie - Hope all is well with A and X! *hugs* don't know that I've told you this, but you particularly have been a life-saver for me! Going through GD together and now your advice on reflux... you're a legend!

Kirsten - how's Sam going with the heat up here the past couple of days? It got up to 30 in the house yesterday, and as I type it's about 29.5. Really hope it hasn't knocked him around too badly!

Wite - good luck with Jett's concert tonight! How's Harlow?

Chuckie- how's the new diet going? Is Pearl feeding any better?

Apes - How's Isla? How are you? Hope all is ok... haven't heard much from you lately

Angie - How are you and Penny?

wow Dory I bet you feel fantastic after all that sleep!

Connie & Pantha - yeah I know I am lucky. I think it's a trade off for the short sleeps and unpredictable days though. Isaac has never really been a cryer, when he was born he let out a cry but he didn't cry for at least 24 hours after, even when he had his first bath. I don't know why, I suppose he's lucky he's only had bad wind a couple of times. When we were in Perth mum thought he was sleeping through because she didn't hear him, I don't think she quite believed me when I told her that he doesn't cry at night. Don't get me wrong though, he does cry if I take to long to feed/burp/change/cuddle him. When he cried the other night because of wind I didn't know how to handle it and ended up asking mum to come over

I agree Pantha, I don't know what I'd do without her really. She comes over almost every afternoon so I can have a shower, and does stuff around the house for me as well as getting Isaac to sleep or just plays with him, brings meals sometimes etc. I'm dreading xmas-new year when she goes away for 4 days.

It's weird - after such a big sleep, I don't really feel great. Oh well. I was with some friends yesterday and they were all talking about how their mums and in laws have been such a help with bubs. Made me sad that mine are so far away and that really it's just me and DH when he's home from work. Though I do speak to my mum almost every day on the phone My Dad is visiting at the mo from Vic... and it is hot. Today I turned on the a/c - first time this season.

Pantha - thankyou for such a good round up!

Connie - Pantha reminded me - Solids! Already! Time flies.

Bec - Hannah is not much of a crier, now either. But sometimes she does cry when she wakes. It's weird, just so heartbreaking I race to comfort her every time. Her litte bottom lip quivers and everything.

Oh well - off to visit my Dad at his motel. No room at our place anymore and a mattress on the floor is not his thing! Fair enough I guess. Take care all.

The last 2 nights, George has been waking up in the middle of the night and crying out... I have no idea why. He's not hungry, it's a different cry... and he goes back to sleep after about 20 minutes. Grrr... just when you think it's all working out!

Dory - it tooks us a few nights of decent sleep to feel a bit better. At the moment, your body is still used to waking up all the time, so thats what it was doing - that way you still have the interruptions. Once your body stops doing that, you'll feel a bit better! Fingers crossed this is the beginning of good things!

Question: - ok I seriously need new bras and am SO over the crappy ones when I'm trying to start feeling more 'attractive' for DP.... So anyone wearing bras with wire? I would like some sexy pairs but don't know if it's worth risking cos I know how excruciating mastitis can be.. Anyone with opinions???
