just a quick question for everyone, what kind of play do you do? Sometimes I feel like I don't do enough. Isaac has some playtime by himself with toys, but also we might roll balls around, bang them like drums, 'hide' them under scarves etc, I crawl around with him, hide behind the couch and kind of play peekaboo, hold him on my lap and play with toys or whatever objects are around, lift him in the air, hold him in front of photos or the mirror to 'see the baby', lots of sitting up and standing up, tickling with funny noises, blowing raspberries and lots of kisses, and also reading books and singing songs. But he does have lots of time playing on his own, and now gets into everything now that he is crawling around so I think it might be time that I started to play more with him to keep him from getting into cords and plants etc. So basically I need some more play ideas for this age because I just don't know if the things I am doing are enough for developing his motor and social skills.
