Cally, bummer about the traffic jam! We don't get that busy here, but heaps of people are down for easter so town is full of tweens wandering around looking as bored as bat**** lol. There is sooo nothing for them to do here over summer. Bet they are wishing their parents bought holiday homes by the beach instead of the mountain!

I am guessing his shed wasn't insured either because it was not permitted or possibly because it was a workshop/business? No idea really.
