Yeah, I'm really quite angry about that. I'm even more convinced now that he's just a fraudulent mo'fo who wants to make money. It's not like it would be hard where he is - he's one of only 3 ob/gyns that service an area of close to 100,000 people, so it's not like he needs the patients.

It's a bit suspect when the key documents go missing Cass. When I requested mine from DD1's birth they pulled em out no problems. Sadly I think it reflects that my experience was SOP.
AFM - sleep study deferred due to DH being called away at the crucial moment. Massively bummed to be waiting another fortnight when relief is so close i can actually smell it. Also my lovely boss who has been acting in her position for nearly 2 years didn't get the job. Devo'd. They're bringing in some numpty from outside the organisation. I am *not* ready to embrace change.
Ah well. The sun is still shining. At least I have pink chocolate to console myself while I squeeze a very large and chunky essay out this weekend.

Doesn't overly surprise me that your notes were 'missing'. A cousin of mine had twins and went into pre-term labour with them. She was in hospital being monitored overnight when a new Dr came on shift, took one look at the baby heart traces and said 'this baby has been in fetal distress for 24 hours' so she was whipped off for a c-section. Her son was severely brain damaged and when she asked for the notes and traces they had disappeared, along with any chance of compensation for her son.
Trill, that is so wrong about your Dr. Does he make money out of the surgeries?
Like everything W does, it is a normal thing taken to the extreme. Like today, he came to me in tears because he remembered something that was used up a month ago (glow stick when he went camping). I guess it is an anxiety thing, everything is. As soon as we make progress on one behaviour another springs up to take its place.
I went to the optometrist the other day to get an eye check so I could get some replacement glasses after E broke mine the other day. I have had these for 8 years! I hate picking frames. Of course the only ones I liked were in a colour I didn't like so they have to order in the colour I want and I have to wait another 2-3 weeks I guess I will keep taping these ones up until then.
I got the optometrist to tell me what colour W's eyes are because they are quite unusual and we weren't sure. He said they are almost perfect green, with hardly any other pigment which is apparently quite rare. I hope E's eyes change to the same colour.
