Tegam I was the same after Zen was born he slept for 6 hours. Had I known it would have been the last time I would get that long to sleep in a row I would have napped but all those endorphinsand adrenalin!

I got my photos from labour and birth, pretty cool! And I think I can manage the witching hours ok with my plan. Zen loves showers and it calms him down so we will shower him in the evenings and hopefully it will end the crying for the evening. In theory. Lol!
