Afternoon ladies! Am writing this from the laptop at my IL's beach house, overlooking the beach, sound of the waves, breeze blowing, two kids outside playing with DH and my FIL, ahhh nice and relaxing!
Emma - thanks for asking about the house, its not perfect, doesn't need much work inside (new bathrooms are on the cards as the originals are still in place...) but we need more storage space for DH, so he will be doing some work outside to put up a shed. Oh, he also reckons he's got two weeks of electrical work (he's an electrician) in putting new lights and stuff so that'll keep us busy once we settle!
That is so cute about T bonding with the other kidlets. Isn't it great how they are starting to realise there is a big world and they want to be part of it? So next month he's off to day care? He'll love it
Delph - I have to admit I had a moment of confusion with "Lily" too!It is a beautiful name, I've got a niece, a second cousin and a friend's bub who are all named Lily!
That's fantastic about your DH being a wonderful SAHD. Must make being at work so much easier.
And am I a bad mum if I pick the rusks up when X drops them, dust them off and give them back??
Anyway - I'm going to go join in the fun outside. Hope everyone is going well!!!

and B loves them….so do the dogs. After having B loose one to each of the dogs and dealing with the waterworks that followed I now I have to make sure that when I give one to B I tell the dogs 'not yours' (they're really good about not touching anything that I've told them isn't theirs). They they patiently sit there and wait for him to get gooey bits on his hands and chest that they can lick off
and am also VERY jealous about the beach holiday.
