We spent this week at the Ellen Barron Family Centre working on Amber's lack of napping. It was an intense week (and with only 3 hours notice since we filled the spot of a cancellation) but we made a lot of progress and she is napping in her cot as I type! I need to make sure I don't fall back into old bad habits now we're home, but I'm hopeful this will make a huge difference for us.
