    Hi Ladies,

Hope everyone is well. Any news on Iona with her bubba? Ali, so jealous you have so much help. I have had really no one stop by in the last few weeks since being home. That includes dh's wonderful family that live 2 minutes down the road.
Feeling really homesick at the moment....

i got the whooping chough one the next day, they 'wouldnt' discharge me without it, i could have refused but would have to stay for the 2nd night, stuff that!!

Hope, do what you have to to get sleep hun, if its the odd ff, or what ever, do it and dont feel bad at all!! you sleeping so you can manage is more important than depriving yourself so you can do it all 'the right way'* sleep deprivation is very bad! even if you can, your dh could give them that feed while your sleeping, just so you get some extra z's. its hard with one, cant imagine with 2 new bubs, take my hat off that your still sane!! (*by right way i mean what they try to push as being best, whats best for you is what works, not what they say)

Jaki, i hope he has ganed weight for you! its great you can express, it hurts to much for me.

trying to wrestle a 1yo for the keyboard so forgoten what i was going to say, bugger it!!

Hi guys, reading but not posting much (hate typing on iPhone)

Finally with number 4 I have managed to avoid a formula feed so far. She had a feed at around 11pm last night, fed both sides at 3.30 then up at 8 for another feed. Pity Eden was also in our bed keeping me awake cos she's teething, and kelti is currently going through a stage of not wanting to sleep so I finally got back to bed at 5.30 this morning. Think I would be having so much sleep if I only had the newborn to deal with lol

Better go, Eden is up from her extremely short day nap and is cranky - again.

Hi ladies i know i have been MIA i have been packing and cleaning ready to move and trying not to over do it with my c section wound it hurts when i do to much but i have to help DH.

Jaki-Mowgli seems to be more sooky with me and follows me everywhere i try to give them as much attenttion as possible but have trouble bending over to pick him up like i use to my belly is still really sore.
Sarabi isnt fussed on Ella she has had i sniff and turned her nose up and walked away.
We have only stopped them coming into our room when we are sleeping and when Ella is asleep in there otherwise they can come in.

AFM-I just wanted to say sorry for being absent for a while we are packing and cleaning like crazy to get out of this house and not have to pay double rent for 2 weeks my paid parental leave has kicked in and because DH is still out of work i am getting parenting payment partnered also so the money situation is looking a bit better.
But i did want to say i wont be on BB for 2 weeks beacuse our internet will be disconnected while we move and telstra said we might not be able to get it at our new address as there is no port available for that area WTF!! i yelled at them and said i am a long term customer and pay a fortune in phone bills so fix it so they are working on it i hope it will be up and running as soon as possible.
Ella is having a grissly hour every night now seems to be wind she plays up and wants to he held and patted on the back it only lasts about and hour or two then she is fine otherwise she is a happy baby and sleeps well i usually put her to bed about about 9:30 10:00 and she wakes at 2 and then again about 6:30 we have the pead appt tomorrow then off the see the surgeon.
Anyway i am off and i hope to be back a.s.a.p and that i dont miss to much talk to you all soon.

We are doing the same with Molly re the bedroom. She is taking to him more and more. She sits on my lap while I'm BFing and we all snuggle up. So cute.
    Good luck with the move!

just stopping by briefly to sub.

Got home last night, feeling pretty good, though tired and a bit sore down below lol never knew grazes down there would hurt so much, feels like some has rubbed me raw with sandpaper down there.

Elise is feeding well, combining BFing (using the shield as she forgets to put her tongue down and pushes the boob out and loses the vacuum suction) and EBM at the moment, haven't had to resort to formula yet, and she's taking 40-50mls a feed from a bottle, plus what she gets from the boobies.
Milk started coming in early yesterday morning, my boobs look huge! I need to express again too, but she's asleep on my shoulder and I really don't want to disturb her.
Haven't had much sleep since she was born, a few hours here and there, but not feeling too bad yet, still floating on cloud 9 at the moment, can't believe how quickly it all happened. Will write out my birth story later on when I get another free moment, though I do have to admit it is very short lol
And OMG does she have the smelliest farts! Smells like rotten eggs & sulphur.
The midwife who stopped by this morning said it's probably because my milk is coming out so quickly that she's taking in lots of air as well, but at least her bowels are working lol

    Hope you're all going well!

Hi girls, just popping on to say hi. Have read everything but on my phone so can't go back and have forgotten half my persies!
Scone - I had my whooping cough vac yesterday when I took C for her 1 week check up. DH,mil,my parents and sister all had it too. My arm is killing me today!
Ali- that sucks about your ur c section wound, but glad you got it early. Is having all the extra people around a help or hindrance? It would sh*t me lol.
LMP-sorry you are feeling homesick. I will come visit! When I can drive, its only been 9 days and its driving Me nuts depending on DH to go anywhere.
Hope- you are doing an amazing job! The mothers guilt attached to everything is BS. As long as you and your boys are happy is all that matters. You must be exhausted, I know I am with one newborn!
Ferrals- hope the packing and cleaning is going ok and you're not overdoing it!
Kylz-hope j man is settling for you
    Mel- yaay for boobie milk.
Jenna and Iona- hope all is going well with you guys and your bubbas.
Shar- hi! *waves* you always knew you would have a march bub!
Hi Sarah, sammie, maz and anyone else I forgot

AFM-going pretty well, miss c has been unofficially cleared of having dd's genetic syndrome. They won't actually do the micro array test unless she shows signs of having it, and thank god she doesn't.
Feeding going well now it doesn't feel like her tongue is made of razor blades for the first bit of every feed lol. Just the first couple of sucks. Fatty is above her birth weight already she feeds Sooo much though, I was worried I don't have enough milk or its not filling her up, but gp said her weight gain is fine so milk is ok. It'd just her little belly.

trying not to get too excited, but we have a list of at least 5 names we both agree on!! we were up untill 2am discussing it, but woohoo were getting there!

i have to pull my finger out my rear, noticed over the last few days im slipping back into my old crap eating habits, only having one meal a day and just eating crap during the day, if i remember to eat at all, so df has been cooking pies befor bed so im atleast eating twice a day, im such a moron sometimes. been trying to remember to eat FOOD not crap all day, so far so good, planing on doing some cinnamon muffins later so i have someting to just grab n eat thats not chocolate! (also better for the boob supply i hope)
