Kylz: how'd you go last night with J? Chase woke up at 1am and refused to go back to sleep till about 230am

jaki: ur new name is awesome

louise: miss c sounds like she is doing really, really well and its good news on the unoffical clearance, one less thing for you to worry about.

sarah: LOL down to 5 names, DH and I couldn't even come up with 5 to choose from. its so hard to find time and energy to make something healthy to eat, and I only have 1 baby LOL

jenna: looking forward to hearing your birth story oh smelly farts, took Chase in for the 4 week outpatient appt at the hospital today and in the middle of discussing him while he was sitting in my lap he decided to do a huge fart and then the stinkiest poo ive ever smelled!!!!

Hey everyone that i missed, hope you are all getting sleep!!! I'd write more but my head feels blocked. I have the worst cold and C has little rash on his butt from the nappies that I am putting sudacream on to try and help. Poor bubby. Plus his cold. Its just not looking good here at the moment.

Kylz - does he have reflux? Sorry if you've said it, I've missed lot of goss lately - for some reason I'm much busier with 4.

Jak - woohoo!!!!! Pack on that weight baby!!!

AFM - saw my midwife today, my uterus has already shrunk all the way down so she is super pleased. Plus DD3 is back at her birth weight, even more awesome!!!! DD2 took about 3 or 4 weeks to get to her's, plus was on the border of being diagnosed with failure to thrive, so I'm pretty chuffed that everything is working this time. Went to my chiro, my hips are stuffed so that kinda sucks.

Urgh I'm sick of my boobs having random leaks! DD3 has just fed and conked out and now I'm leaking all over the shop.

I'm not sure Mel. He doesn't throw up. If anything might be colic?

    Hey Ladies!

Congrats to all those who have popped that I have missed! Did we all make it to this baby buddies thread??

All good here - just taking a while to get into the swing of being a mum of 2 so been reading but not posting. Hamish is doing very well - he is on Formula - and I am really ok with that this time after working with the LC at the hossy and both she and I agreesing that its best for us - he is feeding between every 2.5 - 3 hrs and downing 100ml plus - I can already tell he is going to be a good doer like his sister.

I sustained a 3rd degree tear with H's VBAC and its been giving me a bit of curry! But its getting better and not infected, just realy constipated at the moment and afraid that Im going to pop a stitch! Anyway Im off for a shower while H sleeps in his rocker and Bella is at a sleep over at G'ma's house.

Ill be back latter I hope!

    Love to all xox

Could be silent reflux? DD1 had that, the other two had reflux. They don't vomit with silent reflux.

Read some of the symptoms of reflux, in the forum part.

I found mine were really unsettled, pulled back during feeds, screamed and cried during feeds, arched their backs etc

Hey Kate glad to see you are home with hamish. My dd is having a sleepover at nannas too!
Haha Mel I'm having random boob leakages all over the shop!
Meanwhile is it normal for newborns to feed ALL the time? She's either asleep or attached to the boob, has hardly any awake time not feeding. Will feed for up to an hour at a time-half hour on each side....

EM- sounds normal to me from what I've read on here. DD3 feeds every 2-2.5 hours but only for about 10 mins per side. Unless it's after a long sleep, then it's about 20 mins each side

Kylz - I'd take him to a GP, just to get checked out to see if it is. It's much better when they are medicated for it. (even though I didn't use standard medicine for my kids, I went the "hippy" route hehe)

Kate - I know I've said it before but ouch to 3rd degree!!! I have to keep reminding myself not to squat and give my tear a chance to heal.

Here's to a good nights sleep for all!!!
