I honestly couldn't cope being pg again. I don't know how you are doing it jm! My two seem to both be at a really exhausting trying age at the same time itms? I am exhausted every night and can't wait to crawl into bed.
Speaking of no more babies, at least I got to have the fun of going with my sil to the baby gallery yesterday and blowing $1600 of her money on baby stuff! Lol
Trill, I also think 'thank christ that isn't me' and then I realise that it nearly is me again! I am sure I am too old for this!
JM, I have been meaning to say for days - you are ready to pop! I love that feeling in the last couple of weeks that it could happen any time. That is about the only good thing about the last couple of weeks lol
W and DH's overnight tramp was a great success. W managed to walk the whole 3 hours there and then half of the way back the next day.
Cally, I suppose with your line of work it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Cass - yay for your bag of handmedowns. I must've used up all my handmedown karma in a former lifetime because i've been diligently passing along all of my girls' nicest outfits but we never seem to get any in return. Next lifetime maybe. LOL
Oh the loo paper. E went through a phase of doing this a couple of months ago and we had a couple of very close to calling the plumber incidents. The trick when the dunny is blocked by too much paper is to hold a bucket of water as high as you can and tip it all into the bowl as smoothly as you can. The force of the falling water unblocks the s-bend. I'm a veteran LOL.
Ginger, that's fabulous that your SIL took you along for buying baby things! sounds fantastic, lots of fun. I enjoyed that time sooo much when I was pg with Missy E but am also kind of glad that the intensive baby days are behind me. Doesn't stop me from feeling that let-down sensation(!) in my fake boob(!) when I'm having a clucky moment though :lol:

We have also been lucky enough to miss the toilet paper phase, though its not to late for Z.
We have decided to join the crazy train like JM and Arte and go for number 3 lol.
I am looking forward to do a day of doing nothing today, think I might break out the playdoh for the kids. My ever so lovely neighbours had a party last night and since my bedroom is at the front of the house I was up all night. I want to go and egg their cars lol.

Ginger - I would have been in heaven shopping for someone else's baby and boy did she splurge. I will go nuts when my sisters have babies of their own one day.
Trill - Thanks for the reassurance. I find things start to go downhill when I am sleep deprived...funny that hehe. Had a pretty decent sleep last night though, as good as I could expect anyway.
I get clucky too girls, but one rough night with E is enough to shove the cluckiness feeling far, far away. I just dont think I could do it again? That being said, once E enters toddlerhood and things start to get easy who knows. DH is firm against it though.
man i still fluctuate totally between wanting another and running for the hills. i still get all doe eyed when i see a pg belly or a wee baby. but i am happy in ourselves right now ITMS. i dont see another baby on the cards really.
that said, i think i got bad gas or something as i am getting alot of popping feelings in that area that the other day made me go: 'uuuuhhh is that a baby??!' :rofl: but it must be a gas baby lol. as i type i can feel it, and i have this horrid feeling that it might have to do with the muscle separation...what do you girls think? and of course i googled and now think that it might some sort of IBS?? but it doesnt hurt, just feels like a baby kicking and rolling, but also could quite easily feel like a pulse...argh, hard to explain. but google showed that this is quite a common feeling for IBS stuff....

yeah i did about 4 weeks ago (JIC as i havent had AF back yet so have POAS every couple of months...dont want suprises lol).

well not much going on around here again. weather is sunny but freezing and the house is a mess LOL
omg it was a bit chilly this morning! for the first time since we moved to melbourne i saw peeps as they got in their cars to work scraping the ice of windscreens....i thought i was back in canberra for a minute there lol.

Last night I got to sleep in my own bed, all alone for the whole night!! We have accepted that we won't have A sleeping through before DH goes away so he is just sleeping in with her when she first wakes. It just isn't worth the bother of trying to resettle her without lying with her or the drama of trying to escape her clutches once she goes back to sleep. I get up for W when he wakes. I think when DH is away I will just shift A into my bed after the first wake up and if W gets up he can come in too. It will take ages to stop W wanting to hop in our bed, but it is really the only way I can think of to get any sleep at all. I did three nights alone last week and I was a crying mess!
Arte I think I am mental too lol. Gosh I wish there was an easy fix to your kids sleep, I guess you just have to do whatever works.

Thanks for all the congrats, I have only just stopped my pill and at the moment we are just trying without trying ITMS. If it happens it happens.

wow Oz - good on you, I dont think i could do that for a while yet but i am kinda envious at the same time. that said i am liking how the boys are growing up a lot now and it is slightly easier! i guess my taking a new job is pretty much taking ttc off the agenda for us for a bit...

Arte - when is your Dh away and for how long? the sleep situation sucks big time, i agree do what you need to. it will eventually sort itself out i am sure. did you end up goingto the gp or looking into foods with W?
we just moved J into a bed, so far it is going really well and i think it may even be improving his sleep. he is still a v early riser though, and often needs a settle or 2... but nowehere near the terrible nights we had been having
MP, still don't have actual dates for DH's trip but it will be 10-14 days. We haven't taken W to the GP - I know him and he would just say that it was normal and I would leave feeling stupid. We fixed the last run of night tantrums with three nights of Phernegan. Not ideal but it worked to break the cycle.
I hope J's sleep gets better for you in his own bed.
Well, it has never happened before but of course since it was mentioned here W went and overused the toilet paper and the loo is blocked. I tried tipping in a heap of bleach but not much happened except now all the paper is too gelatinous to remove. Then I tried the bucket of water from a height but it didn't do anything except make me need to pee. I guess I will have to brave the sleep out toilet - it is only used by the boys and gets cleaned maybe once a year. It is third world out there!
...must be a gas baby lol!
MP: i am :pray: that it is not IBS...but i know that mum struggles with it...arrgghh!

we have toilet paper in the toilet, thomas trains in the dishwasher, cat food all over the rug, the phone in the toilet. seriously. it never ends here. J has lost his mind.
