BS - Thank you so much for that huge post, it's really helpful. Liam's been on Losec since he was 2 weeks old (and we just recently upped his dose, so he gets it twice a day). I think it really does help, but he still has some reflux. Which doesn't surprise me, since we have a huge family history and my own reflux needs heavy duty meds to keep controlled. I'm hoping that it'll get easier for him as he sits up more and eats more solids.

I've been toying with the idea of trying to introduce some formula (and move to combination feeding) to see if it helps, too. Liam's actually taken water in a bottle a few times recently, which makes me think that he might be okay with a bottle of formula. I'll see how he goes with one change at a time, though.

Anyway. Last night was his first night in his room. He went down fairly easily after his bath, woke 40 minutes later because he had a burp (which is common for him - no matter how much I burp him, sometimes it seems to take ages for the gas to collect in his belly enough to come up. After that, he slept in 3 hour chunks all night, going back to sleep pretty quickly each time after a feed. He woke at 6:30am, and I brought him into bed for a cuddle, and he fell asleep there for another hour. I think he got far more sleep than me, though - I felt really sad not having him there, and it took me ages to get to sleep, since I kept on waiting to hear him over the monitor.

His naps have been okay today (for him) - he actually did 1.5 hours in the late morning/early afternoon, but then didn't nap after that. I even tried taking him for a long walk in the pram, but he cracked it the whole time. He's really developed a hatred for the pram of late.

So it's a work in progress. One change at a time, so I'm working on his night sleep first, and then it'll be naps. I'd been thinking of taking him to a chiro or osteo for a while to see if it helps, and I think it might be time to chase one up.
