hey girls.. just came by to say hi and wish you all the best of days

Went to a sleep class this morning and Alex was MR Party. He's had about 20 minutes sleep today since we woke at 6am - I'm waiting for him to crash.. he's entertainign himself in the loungeroom, with the TV controller - I figure DH can fix up whatever buttons he presses (because DH was the first to let him play with the remote!)

Hi girls, Only 4 work days to go but let me tell you the amount of things I have to get done in those 4 days is absolutely crazy!!!!!

Still waiting to hear about what year I am teaching next year! Really hoping for year 2!!!!!!

Ash has been good. She cried for the first time when I left to go to work this morning!! Was quite heartbreaking.

    BBL to catch up.

    Hi girls!!

Been awol as internet was capped and couldn't get access to BB.

Just a quick catch up as to where we're at....

    L now has 5 teeth - 2 bottom, 3 up top

He is not crawling yet, not even trying, however he is finally sitting up by himself!

We are still co sleeping and he still wakes umpteen times a night I am waiting til DP takes annual leave (hopefully in Jan) and we're going to try and move him into the cot!

Olive, omgoodness, the nappy changes have seriously become a nightmare! He cracks the sh*ts and screams the house down, tries to do a 180 turn and roll away, kicks with both feet, bucks up and down like a bloody angry horse! It has really become a two person job to change him!

Have come to the realisation that L is one moody kid. He has the worst temper and quite frankly seems like a brat! Going through some serious separation anxiety and he wants no one but me. Ahh the joys!

What's everyone doing for Christmas? Any ideas on what to get the bubbas for their first xmas? I want to get something special but not sure what...have ordered him a lovely handmade quilted xmas stocking with his name embroidered on it. For the extended family we're doing photo calendars with pics of L - I can get away with it now seeing as he's the first and only child of my generation so far! When my brothers/sisters/cousins have kids I guess the baby thing loses its novelty Hehe no offense!

I get my uni results on Friday, I'm so nervous! But I'm really enjoying the time off. I go back to work on the 13th of Feb and uni starts 1st March so I'm just wanting the next 2 months to go reeeally slow!

Hope everyone is well. Will check in again soon xox

Hello everyone!! I've been gone from BB for a WEEK!!! Feels like forever. Been away and then came back but had house guests.

I am hearing everyone on the sleep issue atm. Had some shocker nights lately with J. Feeding 3 hourly at times, not going down at 6:30-7pm like usual, shorter day sleeps, waking up heaps etc etc. I think it's a wonder week - week 36 or 37 is the World of categories. I also think his teeth have been giving him grief.

to all the sick babies and mums in here!

AJP - We are starting to get the crocodile roll during nappy changes but he hates being on his belly so doesn't go all the way over. He has worked out how to take off his nappy and wee on everything around him (except the nappy of course!!) and every change/after baths etc he kicks me in either the belly or the boobs or both!! So over it! We just lowered the cot too cause he finally started moving around in there!

Putting aside the crap sleep everyone is going through at the moment, is anyone else's bub still feeding 3-4 hourly overnight? How many in here are normally 'sleeping thru' yet?

Kaz, no such thing as sleeping through here. Although I partially blame myself coz I've had no tolerance persisting with the cot and I've been feeding him to sleep. I will be trying to break the habit soon though! L is on bbs all night!

We have been sleeping through here, but the last two weeks - NOPE. I can see her top teeth bulging. One has sort of cut through. last night, I got sick of getting up and resettling, so put herin with us. She would only sleep if she could touch me. No feeds though.

Went to Costco today. Got a heap of stuff. was pretty good actually.

Taking J in to the city tomorrow, to reward him for his wonderful behaviour over the last week,. Just wish they would be good at the same time.

I am sooooo tired. Sounds like we all are. DH is back at work next week. e has had the last month off. Not looking forward to that.

OK I am watching tv while typing so excuse all the spelling mistakes.

    Night all
