Hi girls, I agree this new look BB seems strange. I jumped in here the other day but it looked scary and I didn't have the energy to work out how to navigate so I left again!

    Heaven and Det
    - great news about the improved sleep! I hope it's continued for you over the weekend and into this week.
Shell - Did he make up for last year? I saw on fb he thinks so but what do you think?
Lilima - Sorry to hear you've been unwell. That sucks.
OP - I feel your pain with the constant waking hun except that I think you have it worse being in the third tri and all
Nai - Ouchy!! Hope you can rest it and recover quickly. Sounds painful!
Olive - So cute your DD falling asleep in the pool. What trust!

A big HELLO to everyone else! I think of you all often, even though I'm not in here much.

AFM - Things have continued the same here. The other night he went down at 7pm, woke at 8:30pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm and then we were awake with on and off screaming and grizzling between midnight and 2am. We actually let him get up and play for a bit just to stop the crying and screaming Then he slept. I got up at 6 and had to wake him at 7 to get organised and out of the house for work. Last night we co-slept again but I sleep crap when we do that as he wakes me millions of times (it feels like it anyway). DP and I are so incredibly tired. The other day I stopped at a green light!!! This is way worse than newborn sleep and I feel just as tired as I did back then with a heavy PPH!! I am at a point now where, whenever he cries, I cry too and it's really hard to keep responding quickly and with concern . I feel quite depressed but can't work out if it is actual depression or if it's just sleep deprivation on top of the additional mental demands of work. I am so tired I keep forgetting to call the child and family health nurse to book in for a chat. I am seriously considering a sleep school. This can't be normal at 14 months old. He just gets worse the older he gets and it's starting to affect our relationship.
