Hey Girls,
How is everyone today?
I dont know what to do with myself- Winter is asleep in her cot! I think its official-she self settles!!! I cannot believe it. Im so happy! But almost sad at the same time! Weird...
Oh I want a haircut too, but I love my long hair. I wish it could grow overnight so then if you were sick of it short you could have it long again. As for your DH not letting you get Darren mini jeans, thats when you buy them anyway, put them on him and say"look how cute he looks!!" heheh
-
P.S Oliver thinking... Hmmm left boobie or right boobie? To fill nappie or not to fill nappie, that is the question ;)
-
'bow - i saw that. have fun! you're stronger then i am for doing that!
jords thats funny about oli's thoughts!
as for mini jeans i did buy some - from the local selvo's op-shop! a WHOLE $2! haha and a cute denim jacket! once they're washed i'll make that my ticker pic LOL!
today was a good day. daz is now alseep. so i have to go do some dishes! woo FUN FUN FUN. not :p
-
 Too funny Jords!!! And that is fantastic about Winter self-settling. Go mummy Jords !
Can't wait to see a pic of Daz in his denim threads! :D
Well, after such a lazy day yesterday, today I've been go, go, go! I've been cleaning the house like mad in between feeding/changing/playing with Oliver. I'm a bundle of energy!
-
Keep safe RR. The banning idea is a good one. Although i already took my hiatus back in Dec last year for 2.5 months. I only usually need one once a year.
-
sterla - i just had another thought of what oli may have been thinking "when will mummy smell the present i've left in my pants."
-
LOL Blip! I'd say that's it!
-
ello ladies!
i just *had* to tell you about what happend at MG today...its not bad!
Went there and put daz down for tummy time...he'd fed maybe 45mins before? i thought he'd be fine...and he was untill i turned around to grab a new shirt out (he'd vomited a little i the car...) and well he vomited again..but then proseaded to smoosh his face in it! it was sooo wrong but soo funny, the poor mite was ok...but i couldnt help but giggle! at MG we covered giving babys solids ect and the MCHN we saw suggested we wait untill 6months+ and rather the purees give them stuff with texture so even if they dont swollow it its something new for them!
Any whoo i better go so i can put fule in my car before daz wakes up and DH goes all :o with out me here! hope every one is having a good day :D Ohh and i think darren may be teething too or starting to...the amount of drool that boy pumps out and the ever munching on his first makes me wonder...
-
Blip:  Aww, poor Daz! But yeah, funny too!
Jords: Love your new name! When I first came in here I thought there was a new person who had joined our group, lol. :D
How is everyone going? I've had a good couple of days with Oliver. He's been in such a nice mood - talking and smiling all the time, and when I play with him I've been able to get lots of little laughs out of him! So cute :D. He's 3 months old today - where did that time go!
-
Hey Girls :)
Sterla- Yes, Im a new woman! Im actually am a bit paranoid about net privacy(if there is such thing) so decided to go for more of an anonamous(baaad Spelling!) name...
Thats lovely about Oliver giggling, isnt it just the most wonderful thing? 3 months?! Scary huh? I dont want them to grow so fast :(
Blip- Aw poor little Darren spewing everywhere! As for drooling, I thought the same thing with Winter, I pretty much have to put a bib on her everyday now but the nurse I saw last said its a part of their development at this age and with their hand in their mouth its their way of basically checking everything out I hope for your sake he isnt teething!... Winter eats her lamaze moose constantly... the head was all soggy yesterday it was so gross lol
Today we had a good day, Im so tired! Went into the city with Mum to get her hair done OMG she looks so amazing it was so nice to see her so happy. Had a look around and caught the train home... It was really nice jsut for Winter and I to spend time with her just us 3 for once... I really appreciate her so much now I know what its like to have a Bub of my own... and especially her raising us (3 younger brothers) pretty much on her own... I dont know how she did it!
Tommorrow mg, Im looking forward to it...
Hope your all smiles :)
-
ARGH! I am in such a mood this morning. My bloody car won't start so now i cant do anything today. I needed to take Orson and Lily to day care and Charlie to speech therapy and then all of them to playgroup but now i cant do any of it. !#$%#^&* GRRR! Vent over!
On a brighter note, Orson is 3 months old today and we are still breastfeeding! This was my goal and i have made it, woohoo!
-
That really sucks Antheia! How annoying!
Happy 3 months to Orson though, and a big, big congratulations on b/f for 3 months! Well done .

Hi Ladies,
Don't know how long I've got but thought I should let you know what happened at the paed yesterday. She basically found Sammy to be a healthy child but her weight gain is very poor ( she was on the 10th percentile) we did a test feed and Sammy only put on 60grams from before to after the feed...so I am now on motilium and we are also testing for dairy intolerance ( which I don't think is an issue but better safe than sorry) so after feeding her I give her a 60ml bottle of formula or EBM. I have not started to use the formula yet because I wanted to introduce the bottle with EBM first as I had a stash of milk in the freezer which I needed to use first (as it would have dairy in it) but since yesterday's appointment, Sam has surprisingly only spewed ONCE and it was on tummy time and only a little one at that. So am now expressing as much as I can so I can feed her EBM and will top her up with the formula. Bottle is going well, next feed will be formula, so HOPEFULLY she takes it as well. I am just surprised that the LC have not made me do a test feed before, I guess because Sammy was so happy and settled and was sleeping well... The paed was also not concerned about Sam's spews either. She said that if it was reflux, she would spew after every feed and the fact that she goes for 5-6 feeds without doing it means its just a normal baby thing having a spittle here and there. I can already see her chubbing up and she has not fussed at taking any extra milk either, so as much as I wasn't so keen on giving her formula, hopefully its only for a little bit until my motilium starts kicking in and I start being a milk machine!! It was upsetting and DH just didn't understand. It's not that I feel like a failure cause I know I am not but its upsetting to know that you just have not got enough milk to feed your baby...I really think its a mum thing and men just can't and don't understand.
We are also coming down with a cold ( well I am anyway)and am suspecting that Sam is fighting it as well as she has a teary eye ( which is what I get when I am about to be sick with a cold) ans also been sneezing a LOT more than usual....so hoping my BM is giving her lots of extra antibodies and we just get a couple sniffles. Personally, I feel pretty yucky and am boosting up my vitamins so I can get back on my feet asap. Am gonna try to catch a snooze before the little hungry hippo wakes up!
Sam also slept in til 5:15am this morning!! So I guess a fuller tummy will mean that mummy might just be that much closer to getting a full night sleep, mind you I was in bed by 8:30pm so I did get my 8 hours! LOL
Sorry no time for personals today, will do soon I promise
Mxx

Good afternoon Ladies :)
Oh Antheia that sucks so bad! Do you know what is wrong with it? Hopefully nothing major. Cars are such a pain sometimes. Happy 3 months Orson!
Moose- No good to hear your not feeling well, keep up on your vitamins and eat lots of vegies!(Although Im sure you probably dont feel like slaving in the kitchen right now) Yesterday must have been a stressful day for you, I hope the mottilum kicks in soon for you
How is Sterla and Blip?!
Winter and I had our mg this morning, Im so tired. I seriously have to re-train my body clock its ridiculous, every time I get up before 10 I struggle! Mg was good, I chatted to the same lady as last week and another lady who are both really nice. One of them had quite a traumatic birth, I told her about BB and how there is support groups online for women who are experiencing the same thing. I though of you Sterla as she had a c/s and didnt get to hold her baby for quite a while either...
Tommorrow we are going into the city again, this time to catch up with Winter's godmother which should be good...
Hope everyone is well!
Oh I got lots of laughs this afternoon before nap time it was so lovely, and sleeping is going good except Im sneaky and bring her into the bed in the middle of the night for snuggles.
-
Formula was a success, I reckon she could have eaten more!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!
-
GO SAMMY!!!! :loveshower:
-
-
 Moose. I know exactly how you feel. Same thing happened to us. Hopfully she starts gaining well now.
Well the car has a flat battery cause i left the headlights on, doh! DH is out recharging it now.
-
ello my lovelys!
Anthiea  glad there wast anything too bad wrong with the car! i left my parkers on for an hour and only *just* got the car started...a guy i went to tafe with left his parkers on for 5 hrs...the amuseing part - his name was "dimmie" :p HAPPY 3 MONTHS ORSON. and  on 3 months of b/f! you're both doing SOOO well!
moose- its hard isnt it? you're doing the right thing! mottium normaly takes 2-3 days to kick in...thats how long it took me for it to work! and expess express express! im glad sammy is doing better. as for a test waigh i can say one thing...they SUCK and they *should* do more then one, thats what my LC told me. that b/f babys take differant amounts at differant feeds...but i hope sammy is back to the boob fully soon! (if you need a conferance booster check out the WHO stats on hight/waight i found its helped me HEEEEEAPS!) you're doing a good job keep it up!
Peach - haha i go SOOO excited seeing a *new* name lol then realised it was you! its good to have late night cuddles - i do that with daz after his early feed hes back in bed with me - and as we have a night light on its so wonderful just watching him dirft off to sleep...all snuggly and warm!
AFM: went to the physo today. i have to make 'darren more aware of his arms and legs' (where the hell do they come up with this? hes only 3months and 1 week! sheesh!) and what not. saw the LC she was happy with him. hes now 5.66kg! we're getting there. we tried a feed with a supply line but he wasnt interested, rather grumpy. but he did have a spew with the physio...so i dont blame him! but im happy. the LC said i *may* not be able to get daz back on the boob, we'll try and if not i feel ok within myself but i wont be giving up expressing any time soon! my aim for expressing is 8 months (it was 6 but i've made it this far!) other then that darren is doing good...and im feeling better, i see the LC next week...and the phyiso again in three weeks...i need to call the paed and make and appt to see him...now i've seen all the profenals about odds and ends so im not going there 3 times LOL. i better go express mine self...hope every one has a good night!
-
Hello all you lovely mummies! :D
Moose: I'm glad you got some answers with what's happening with Sammy. It must be a relief to hear that Sammy is a healthy baby, and now that you know about the poor weight gain and possible dairy intolerance you can do something about it. Thats fantastic that the formula went well for her too :D I can completely understand you being upset  - yeah, I don't think men can really understand.
That sucks that you're coming down with a cold. I hope you and Sammy recover quickly.
Peach: (still loving the new name :D) That's great that your MG is going well and that you're meeting other new mums (and sharing how great BB is lol). How great that you're getting more and more laughs! Oliver has been laughing more too - I've worked out a few tricks to get a giggle out of him!
Antheia: Woops about the car headlights, lol! Saw on FB that you and your family are all sick :(. Hope you all feel better very soon .
Blip: Glad Daz is doing well :D. He is getting there, and you know what - I bet by the time he's 12 months he'll be all caught up and you'd never know there were any 'problems' to begin with . That's great that you have those goals for expressing - be ambitious and optomistic - you'll get there!
AFM: Well, it's my DH's 23rd birthday today. Oliver and I got him a 1 terabyte external hard drive, since all our other hard drives are full! He's a computer nerd (lol), so it was a good present for him. We needed one, but I think he'll also enjoy all the 'playing' involved in transferring all our music, photos, movies, tv shows, etc onto it. We're not doing anything tonight, just having a few friends over. Tomorrow night we're going out for tea with friends and family, so that will be nice.
Oliver has been really good the past few days. His smiling and laughing and talking seems to have increased - honestly, I get sore cheeks from smiling back and laughing at him when he talks non-stop, lol! Also, I was reading him a book today (Mr Nonsense - he's insane!), and I was letting him touch the book, and I swear he was trying to turn the page! Okay, probably not - but it really seemed like it.
How is everyone else doing?
-
Yes we are all sick with a cold here! Plus Orson and I both have Conjunctivitis! Yuck!
-
-
Welcome back Rainbow Raver! How was your little break from BB? Get everything done? How is Bella doing? Oops, sorry for the 20 questions, lol.
-
Hey Girls,
Im exausted and going to bed couldnt help but drop in and say Hi though :)
Hope everyone is well :grouphug:
-
Hiya yummy mummies!
Well, its been a very quiet week-end on BB for us hasn't it? I've been sick as a dog the last 3 days with a nasty cold that I gave to everyone in the family. Luckily Sammy only has a bit of a cough, my milk must have given her some good antibodies to fight it. We are off to the paed this morning to get her weighed and see whether the formlua has had an impact on her weight gain. I am sure it has as she just looks a lot rounder and there are a few more rolls everywhere! She seems to be loving the formula, so much that sometimes I feel she is not draining my boobs as much as she should as she knows she is getting more afterwards....Blip and Antheia have you had this issue?? I guess the bottle would be a lot less hard work for her than trying to get it out of my breast.
I am SOOO excited, I bought myself an electric pump this week-end. HALLELUIAH! I am SOO over my little old manual pump. Can't wait for it to get here ( should be here on Wednesday)
Sammy did the cutest thing this morning, she was on her playmat and the DH turns around and was talking to me for a bit and by the time he turned back around, Sam had fallen asleep on her mat on the floor. awwwwwwwwwwwww it was so cute! She is still spewing quite regularly so dunno if me being off dairy has made a difference or not but yesterday I had a couple pieces of DH's gozleme with so very little cheese and Sam had massive spews after that, so maybe the Dr is onto something but then again, she had just as big spews before that..we shall see. Will update later once I am back from the Dr.
Hope everyone had a nice week-end? How are all our little bubba's??
Mxxx

Hey Girls,
How was everyones weekend? Argh DP and I are sick AGAIN! Another little cold, it sucks so bad! I think it is because Ive been not looking after myself enough and am so tired (and lazy ) to cook proper nutritious meals lately. Winter is seeming to be fighting it ok, a little bit stuffy but otherwise ok, so I know how you feel Moose!
Moose, can I ask did you get a good price for electric pump? Did you get it online? I have a hens night to attend in july and was thinking of expressing instead of getting formula for that night....
Sterla- Happy (belated) Birthday to your DH! Did he have a good one? How are you and Oliver?
Blip- Hello! How is everything with Darren?
Raver-Welcome back! How is little Bella and yourself?
Our weekend was good, just been so tired though. Winter and the cot fiasco is still going, but she is getting much better... I find Im so paranoid though, think I might have already mentioned DP and I check her every ten mins...
Hope everyone is well :)
-
Moose, yep i have that problem where Orson knows he'll get the bottle afterweards so sometimes won't even feed at all. It's becoming a real hassle but no one can give me advice on how to fix it.
In regards to Sam spewing all the time. I just remembered Charlie wasa very spewy baby. Right up until he was about 1. Our carpet is blue and there were white spots allover it because he would crawl along and then spew every so often. I was told that he was just a 'happy chucker' and that they grow out of it eventually.
AFM: I am so sick. I now have a sinus infection. My face feels like its been hit with a mallot. And i have this nasty cough.
Orson wouldn't breastfeed for anbout 36 hours. I thought it was the end. But he fed early this morning and hadamassive feed just now. Thank goodness!
-
Hi ladies :D
Yes, we were rather quiet over the weekend weren't we. I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
Moose: Hope you're feeling better soon. That's great that Sammy didn't get too sick - you're milk did the job :D. I hope your paed appointment goes well and Sammy has put on lots and lots of weight! Ooh, and an electric breast pump! I have a manual one, and if I ever have to start doing more than occasional expressing I'll be picking up an electric on too - there's just too much work involved with a manual one. Awww, so cute about Sammy :).
Antheia: How are you going? Big  to you.
AFM: Oliver had his check up this morning... well, eventually. It was supposed to be at at 9.30am, but I got there and no one was there. The open session is from 10am-12, so I thought I'd see if someone showed up. Someone came at 9.45am - it turns out 5 of their nurses are sick, so it was one of the bosses there today for the open session. She had no idea about my appointment though. Had Oliver weighed and measured - he's now 6.28kg and 62cm long - he'd gained 360g and grown 1.5cm over the past two weeks. So, all is going well with us :D.
I've also been making some progress with putting Oliver down to sleep awake. I always would rock him to sleep of a night, then put him down, but the past few nights I have been putting him down awake. He just lies there talking to himself for a bit, then slowly drifts off - such a good boy :).
This weekend was very busy for us. It was my DH's birthday on Friday, so on Saturday his mum came up, and so did one of his friends. We went out for tea Saturday night with my family, his mum, and some friends (14 of us in total). Afterwards we went to my parent's place for cake. We also found out that DH's brother (who has only met Oliver once for 5 minutes) got a tattoo for his 18th birthday, and guess what it was! On the inside of his arm he has Oliver's full name! So sweet of him!
DH's mum and the friend stayed Saturday night and didn't leave till late Sunday afternoon. I'm still recovering, and poor Oliver was pretty exhausted by all the visitors I think, cause he's been sleeping a lot.
Well, Oliver has woken, so better go. Hope everyone is well :D.
-
Hi Peach and Antheia (you two wrote replies while I was typing, lol)
Peach: Feel better soon! I'm the same - I'm too lazy to cook proper meals, but have been lucky and haven't got sick yet!
Antheia: That's fantastic about Orson's breastfeeds! I hope it keeps up!
-
Just back from Dr's.............. Lil Sammy put on wait for it........
400 GRAMS IN 5 DAYS!!!!!! :happyforyou::clap::clap::clap:
BBL for personals!!
Mxx
-
Moose:
:jawdrop: WOW! Go Sammy! That's impressive!
-
ello laides. just a quckie;
Moose: WOO well done sammy! hope it keeps up!
Sterla : YaY for oli sleeping on his own accord!
Peach: glad to hear winters getting better in the cot :D
Anithea :  glad orsons back on the boob! honey you're doing good!
AFM: soo angry, lost the diggi cam  i've got to look at the place we have MG and then at a local shopping center. it eather fell out of the nappy bag (thank to DH not taking it off the back of the pram piror to folding it! or got stolen while we where at medi care...as some stupid kid thought it'd funny to go around punching people (includeing me!) grr...so now we are looking at nother one (DH wants to wait but i want one now LOL!) i'll be back later to do better personals. gotta go before tea burns!
-
Hi everyone,
Blip: Bummer about the digi cam, hope you found it and that you did not have too many photos you had not downloaded yet. How's Daz going with all the nutrionist and other professionals? Did you end up talking to your LC about the complaint?
Sterla: WELL DONE OLI on a great check up and self settling ! Sammy is so good at it now, we hardly get a whinge out of her, just a couple grumble for show. Hope you have recovered from the very busy week-end, sounds like your DH had a nice birthday celebration and what a special thing for your DH bro to get the name tatooed.
Peach: aww, poor thing, I know what you're feeling, having a family cold is just NO FUN, I am feeling better now but DH seems to be getting worse ! Good to see that Winter seems to be fairing through ok, aren't they clever little things. As for the breast pump, its an avent isis iq uno electric we bought a 2nd hand one on Ebay. The lady bought it 10 days ago and used it 6 times only to find out that her milk was no good, so its as good as new and we paid $100 for it, that was a bargain. If you are planning on expressing for a hens night and occasional expressing, I would just get a manual pump to be honest. I have survived for 3 months with manual and I expressed at least once a day but now after each feed, I told DH I had had enough and we would have it for kiddo no2. For the hens night, if you want to express, just make sure you plan ahead (start a couple weeks early) especially if you don't know how much you are able to express in one sitting, you can freeze your EBM for up to 3 months or keep it for 3 days in the fridge. You'll also have to express that night to get rid of the "tainted milk" so I would plan for 2 feeds depending on what time you are going out.
Antheia: sinus infections sucks, hope you and the family are fairing better. Sammy seems to be kinda off and on as well with the formula. She actually fell asleep on th boob after a REALLY good drink this am and has not done this in ages, she didn't even have her formula, so that was a nice feeling that I am now making alot more milk. Thats great that Orson went back after 36 hours, they know boob is best!!
Raver: what's this teasin us with I'm back and not let us know how you are going?? :P Hope you , Bella & family are doing well, looking forward to hear from you.
Alrighty, morning tea time, starvin'

Morning Girls,
Blip that sucks so bad about your diggi. I really hope it turns up.
Moose- WOW that is ridiculous!!! Go Sammy!!! That is SOOOOO awesome! did your jaw drop when you saw the scales???
Sterla- That is so nice about DH's bro getting tattoo'd! Glad to hear your weekend was good and that Oli is nice and healthy and growing well :)
Antheia- I hope you get better soon:hug:
Everything is good here, oooohhh guess what I did last night? So when we got home from getting groceries last night our neighbour came over when we were getting out of the car(so in my defence i was distracted) DP took Winter upstairs while i got the shopping... but I left all the doors open and it POURED all night and now our car is drenched on the inside... Im an idiot.
No other news really, Winter is asleep in her cot so thats nice. Hope everyone is good :)
-
Hi girls :).
Blip: That sucks big time about your camera! I hope it shows up. Did you have most of your pics off it, or have they been lost along with the camera? How is Daz doing these days?
Moose: That was a bargain for your breast pump! A good investment though :). I'm still gob smacked about Sammy's weight gain! :cheer: Go Sammy!
Peach: Woops about your car, lol! Let's blame it on baby brain!
Feel better soon all those people with colds!!! It seems like everyone has one atm (not me yet :crossfingers:).
AFM: Oliver was doing the cutest thing before. He was lying in his bassinet and looked like he was in a good mood, so I started playing peek-a-boo with him. Usually he kind of just looks at me with great interest, occasionally smiles - but today every time I said "BOO!" he'd do a big chuckle! I was doing it for ages (and getting such sore cheeks from grinning myself), and he kept laughing over and over again!
After Oliver's appointment yesterday I had a look through a bunch of his clothes I had packed away that are too big... and well, I think he'll actually fit (or is really close to fitting) most of the 00s I have! It seems to happen so suddenly! I also came across a few 000 clothes that I must have missed - and now he's probably only going to get one wear out of it . Oh well.
My week is quickly filling up. I'm seeing a friend tomorrow. Thursday I'm taking Oliver to playgroup at my little sister's school for her Child Studies class, and on Friday I've been invited to a Learning Ladder Get Together on Friday by the wife of one of my DH's colleagues. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up a few good educational toys, etc for Oliver :).
Hope everyone is well!
-
ello my lovies!
Moose: yeah i did. im re-doing the letter. is it was 3 pages long  but it'll happen. as all i know is i'm still 'getting over' what happend. and they need to know what they did was wrong and almost against the law as i said no to treatment several times :wall: but it'll get there...
Peach: ooo i SO understand the whole flooded car thing. i did that to one seat (the other side to daz's car seat thank gawd!) but i felt soo bad. maybe see if you can get one of those heat guns and try and dry the car out? (they're like turbo charged hair dryers LOL!) but its fair enough you where distracted and have a young bub - thats a VERY easy thing to do!
Sterla : Woo for oli's growth. isnt it a  moment when you find something that would have fit earlyer? i know i've been doing that with the clothes our friends gave us (hello three garbo bags worth, sizes 0000 all the way to 2 or 3 i think) but its a good reason to get more! sounds like a busy week for you!
Anthiea - how are you going? hows orsons b/f-ing?
AFM: found my Digi cam! under the drivers seat in the car :o have NO idea how it got there...but it did. so i'm feeling better. was more upset about the loss of the photos (even though 90% ARE on the computer) plus i have some lovely ones of DH's fixer-upper car we have (and i love, love love this car too...its an FB...and its 'Daz's car as hes a Feb Baby! hehe) daz had a cruddy night/moring/ early arvo with wind and reflux :( i left DH with him for an hour, after the day i had i *needed* to get out and i hunted down the Brauer pro-mo 4 pack, its got teething reliefe, tummy upset reliefe and colic too i think...(packs in daz's room...and hes asleep *finaly*) 4 chemists LATER i finaly got it. must be good if people are buying it. at my MG one of the mums swore by it for colic/relfux and her bub was premmie and calms him down! plus i bought myself some lipgloss (all mine died in the heat as they got left in my car the day i was in labour WHOOPS!) and a new eye shadow...so i feel much better. but poor DH had darren wake up and throw up (after feeding him from the wrong bottle  but he was fine as soon as i walked in the door  but DH *is* trying so i give him credit...mind you i dont know how he'd cope with vomit AND a poo-y nappy ...as that happend after i got home more vomit and poo'y nappy ...next time i'll have to time it better ;)
-
Good Morning!
Im sorry Moose, I dont know how I managed to completely miss your last post?!?? Thank you for the tips on expressing.. gee it seems like a lot of work! How good is ebay for a bargain?! I went through a stage when pregnant where i was obsessed with it! I must admit though Im a bit irritated with a seller Im dealing with atm, how hard is it to reply to a message?!(sorry not your fault Moose:))
Blip- Thats great you found your camera.. maybe it fell out of your handbag if you put it on the car floor? You must have been so relieved when you found it.
Sterla- Hope your having a good day with your friend, Your a busy Mummy! Thanks again for the photo tip, very helpful*
Antheia- Hope your getting better!
Raver- Hellooooooo??? :)
Nothing exciting really today, its been raining non stop since last night so im in my dressing gown and am not getting dressed all day Ive decided... Winter is having her morning nap, she is so wonderful. A little bit worried though about the drive to Bundy friday though as we are going so well with the cot routine and after we went out 3 days in a row last week it went back to the screaming start all over again....
-
Morning ladies.
Blip: That's great that you found your camera! Woot!
Peach: A day in pj's sounds good, lol! No worries about the photo stuff... I think having a computer programmer for a husband has rubbed off me a bit. I know a few little tricks here and there! Love the pic of Winter - so cute!
How is everyone else doing?
AFM: After Oliver not doing any poos at all yesterday, I was greeted this morning by the biggest, heaviest, pooiest nappy I've ever had the great privelage of changing! It was everywhere and took 4-5 wipes to get all of it! Ah, the joys of motherhood, lol!
Also, I'm not sure if Oliver is maybe having a growth spurt, cause he's been waking for a feed during the night the last couple of nights. He's been sleeping through for maybe a month now, so for him to need a night feed is unusual. Does anyone know if they tend to have a growth spurt around now?
I'm off to the supermarket and then to my friend's place. Hope everyone is having a good day :D.

Sterla, around the 12 weeks mark babies go through a growth spurt and around the 14 week mark babies go through a wonder week(developmental spurt) So about now is a big change for them and that's probably why he is waking during the night. You may also find he is more clingy/fussy around this time also.
