peach: im glad im not the only one feeling...un sexy! and i think DTD is part of a good relationship. a guy DH works with is having marrange conceling becuase of the lack of DTD (along with other things) but he's also having an affair DH and i think due to the fact he's not DTD with her that much (as in less then once a month :o ) so DH and i talked about how important it is. beucase we dont want to go down that road!
DH and i have also desided that we're going to look at cars and hopefully buy one next finaceal year (so next month or so) i've just got to work out if i want a wagon or sidan...im thinking ford felcon wagon. i saw a really nice one on car sales...but it looked too much like my much disliked BIL (who i'd happily beat with a stick  )...hopefully we'll find a good one... :shh: dont tell DH but i think i want a new(er) car...having thought about it...but :shh: dont tell him!
in other news those who where in the belly buddies grp do you rember a friend of mine had her bub at 33+1weeks? well her little man is back in hospital with pressure on the brain. went to the local hossy (where be both birthed our boys) they sent her home and told her to give him pandol...she took him to the RCH melb...and he had to have a stunt? stint? any way...i tube put in his head to drain fluid! she called me rather upset..i was in shock (having just told my mum he was going ok!) so please send some healing vibes to her!

Hi everyone :)
Raver: Welcome back! Glad to see you're still about and doing well.
Antheia: You really are having the worst run these days aren't you!?! Feel better soon. I'm glad that Orson is starting to feel better at the very least. How cool about Orson laughing and snorting!!!
Moose: How are you and Sammy going? Is she still waking for an extra feed during the night?
Blip: Don't feel bad about Daz being on 50/50 EBM and formula. He's still getting the goodness from your booby juice! Expressing full time sounds like a lot of time and work, so you're doing fantastically to keep doing what you're doing (do you think I said 'doing' enough in that sentence? lol)
Mmm, as for feeling sexy again... well, TBH it's been awhile since I've felt 'sexy'. DH and I still haven't DTD'd very much yet, but the few times we have , well, it's slowly getting better. I guess we need to remember that it has only been 3-4 months since we had babies - it's a huge life changing event, so it takes awhile for everything to settle down. I mean, I only just started reading books again, because I now feel like I have enough time to myself to be able to relax like that. Not quite the same as DTD, lol, but do you get what I mean?
Huge healing vibes to your friend's bub!
Peach: How is Winter going with teething? Oh, and what is this with amber teething necklaces? I'd never heard of them until recently?
That's sad about your MG ending. Do you think your group will organise regular meet ups? I still have over a month till my MG starts... it's ridiculous how long I have to wait for one to start!
Go Winter :cheer: with your weight gain and growing! That's impressive! :D
AFM: Oliver and I are good. He's rolled over a few times each day since he first rolled. He's not always successful though - I can see him working so hard to do it, but sometimes it just doesn't happen, poor little guy.
DH, my Dad and MIL are over at the new house yesterday and today working away. Ceiling painting is starting today. I've been making lunch for them and taking it over to keep them going... and Oliver gets to have another look around his new home :). I've also been trying to pack while Oliver sleeps, which is going okay.
Has anyone else had any panic-stricken dreams involving their bubs? I keep having dreams where I'm somewhere (usually at shopping centre), and I all of a sudden realise I don't have Oliver with me. I've had a similar version of the same dream three times now. Usually I realise I've left Oliver in the car, panic and run back to get him. The panic I feel in the dream is so overwhelming, and I always feel awful when I wake up. I usually have to check on Oliver afterwards to make sure he's there. Of course I'd never do it in real life, but still, those dreams aren't fun :(.
I hope everyone is having a great day!

Hey everyone,
We are doing good but still going through our growth spurt. We had one night of rest but last night we were back to it again and then missy decided that she had enough sleep at 5am! am buggered but all good. I'm definately getting more milk although not sure if I will ever be back to her not being supplemented, which I am ok with, as long as she is getting some BM, she's still getting goodness. Her Godfather was around today and he loves her to bits, she is sooooooo cute!
Alrighty, kitchen to clean..yay! NOT
Mxx
-
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, she won't go to sleep , WHY??
-
Moose: You're not alone. Oliver has been fighting sleep all afternoon/evening. I'm so exhausted from trying to get him off to sleep.
-
everytime I think she is going off, it is only followed by more crying...and I have a nice hot bath waiting for me...probably not so hot anymore...the joys of motherhood :)
Go to bed Oli and Sammy!!
-
ello ladies!
Aww sterla & moose...Daz has stolen your bubs good sleeping-ness! he's slept more today the normal! haha moose, maybe get into the bath with sammy? maybe that'll relax her?
we went and looked at cars today. found one i LOOOVED but its a little more $$ then we can afford. we saw another one i kinda liked, that DH LOVED but i was a little "meh" about, but we've since looked into it and its not worth the $$ the dealer was asking. but its fun looking! daz is alseep and i've haveing a quiet drink on my own (DH is alseep! too lol!) and i've forgotten how much vodka can go to my head...and its only a can of UDL (i'm drinking this 'cus everything else has caffeen in it!)
Hope every one has a wonderful night!
-
Another quiet weekend for our group. How was everyone's weekend?
Moose: I hope Sammy's sleeping settled down. Oliver's sleeping wasn't very good over the weekend. He'd been getting really good at going off to sleep on his own recently, but then the last few days we've gone backwards and I've had to resort to rocking him to sleep again, which I know is bad habit to get into. I'm in a bit of a difficult situation in that I need to get Oliver used to his cot (cause he's almost outgrown the bassinet), I want him to get used to falling asleep on his own too... but doing this in amongst trying to move house and changing Oliver's surroundings is difficult. I did manage to get Oliver off to sleep this morning without rocking him to sleep though - I just stood over him singing the same lullaby over and over till he drifted off. Anyway, I hope you're not feeling too exhausted or sleep deprived.
Blip: That's great that Daz was having a good sleep! :) Glad you had fun looking at cars! You won't know yourself in a big new car! I bet you'll find one soon enough.
AFM: Well, the repainting has begun at our new house! Thursday through Sunday was busy with my DH, MIL, Dad and various other helpers cleaning and painting the house. The main colour has been finished, and today my Dad and MIL are putting the first coat on the feature walls. The main colour is a bit different to what we thought - a lot closer to white than we were expecting, but it still looks good. It's brightened the house up so much, and looks really clean and fresh. Besides, once we have the feature walls painted there will be a nice splash of colour, so that will be good. DH finds out today when carpet will be put in, and once we know that we'll know when we're moving!!!
I think it will probably be in a little over a week... mmm, better get stuck into some more packing I think
Oh, and Oliver has discovered how to blow raspberries! He's been making some new noises recently, but then I was at the supermarket with him on Friday and he started blowing proper raspberries! Frothy dribble was going everywhere, lol! It's such a funny, cute noise, and of course, now he wants to do it all the time!
We have a check-up this afternoon, so I'll post later on today. Hopefully he's still gaining and growing well.
Have a great day everyone :D.
-
How cute about the raspberries Sterla! Goodluck with the packing.
I have just been lurking, too tired/sick/sore to post much.
Orson has been laughing a lot now, its so cute. He's such a chatterbox too, always babbling something or other.
Not much else happening really.
-
Hey Antheia, that sucks about you still being sick. You've had such a bad go with all that, I hope you're feeling better soon . That's great about Orson laughing heaps! I've discovered a couple of good ways to get Oliver to laugh - I even got him to laugh for my mum and sister over the weekend. They hadn't heard/seen him laugh before. Look after yourself :).
-
Oh my god someone make the screaming stop!!!!!!!!!!!
-
-
Know what you mean today Peach!
-
:grouphug: Hugs all around then!
Actually, after a hard weekend, Oliver is being an angel today - he's fallen asleep on his own twice today - no rocking required :D!
I hope everyone's bubbas are behaving themselves!
-
ello ladies!
sterla: aww about rasberrys! thats soo cute! as for the slobber...just think - its only just starting! and YaY for painting. glad to hear its going well (and not ending up like daz's room did! haha) i think around now bubs do get unsettled...developmental thing (i may be wrong) but your good if oli can sleep on his own. daz still falls alseep in my arms  cus i know they'll come a time when he wont want to!
Anthiea :  i hope you're feeling better and healing up! you've had a bad trot havent you?
Peach:  i hope things have calmed down for you! daz had a night like that last night...which ment a lot of cuddles and trying to feed him for 2hrs...i hope you're doing ok
AFM: semi busy weekend this weekend. went car shopping saterday and sunday was my mums b;day so we went over there. my nan (so Daz's grate nan) was there too. she had a fall and hurt her hand real bad :( i think mum was takeing her to the hospital today to have her hand x-raied. (she's 89 btw) where as today daz had a phiyso appt. which was stupid she wants me to make daz more 'aware' he has two hands and two feet (im sorry but WHY...i thought he'd find 'em on his own??) and then went shopping....we've got a 60's and 70's theamed birthday party at the end of this month and an op shop had a 50% off sale...well...i didnt know that till i got there and LORDY was it busy! but i did pick up a funky hippy moo-moo type thing for myself and a funky shirt for DH...nothing quite as cute for daz so im going to get some jeans for him and bleach part of them and maybe even put holes in them (he'll have a jump sute on uder it lol) so he can be a 'hippy' too! any one have any ideas how to make cottonwool stick to ones face? im wanting to give DH some sexay mutton chops LOL and need them to be fluffy (plus buy an afro!...any one whoes got me on FB would know that DH looks like he should have a 'fro lol) tomorrow i see my GP for motillum tabs...and hopefully after DH is home tomorrow we'll go look at another car...im thinking im going to go more for a wagon then a sedan...but thats cus i'll be able to see where the bum of my car ends LOL
i better go cook tea before daz wakes up and DH walks in the door (the poor thing had to work a 12hr day!)
-
Blip: That sounds cool about the themed party! I bet Daz will look awesome, and you and your DH as well of course! I'll look forward to seeing some pics on FB!
Peach and Antheia: How did your bubs go today? End up settling? I hope so.
AFM: Oliver had his check up. He'd only gained 140g over two weeks, but he had also grown 2cm - so he's now 6.42kg and 64cm long. That's his smallest gain so far, but he still seems happy and settled, and he did grow 2cm, so I hope everything is still going well and he's getting enough milk.
Oliver and I went over to the new house and got to see all the feature walls - they all look great - I'm really happy with the colours. DH is actually hoping we can move over the long weekend, so we could be in our new house this time next week! Gee... I really better get packing!
-
Good morning Girls,
Sorry Ive been slack on the posting front and once again this will probably be brief as Winter only cat naps during the day and Im expecting her awake within the next ten mins!
Sterla- That is so exciting that your house is almost ready! I bet you cant wait to move in! That is so cute about Oli blowing rasberries! Do you have to have a bib on him full time now for the drool?
Blip-Thats so bad about your Nan, is she going to be ok? Hope you go good at the gp today. Wagons are awesome too, thats what we have and its so handy for the pram and the rest of the rubbish us mums like to take everywhere lol
Antheia- Lets run away to the land of no-screaming-children together :) I looove your ticker photo of Orson too, everytime I see it it makes me smile I bet he has the funniest laugh :)
Moose- Hows everything with you? Is Sammy sleeping better now??
*sigh* I almost jumped of the balcony head first at one point yesterday as Im sure you could have gathered by my post! Aaaages ago when I was heavily pregnant DP and I were walking back from the bus into our complex when a lovely girl pulled up in her car and offered us a lift to our house(we live at top of big hill and id just bought a rocker) turns out she has a bub too and everytime i would see her drive past after that she would always stop and say hi and offer me to come visit... so yesterday I was at breaking point so decided to get out of the house and visit her and Im so glad I did...its funny how just having the support from other mums makes such a big difference. Really cutting a short story long here arent I??
So guess what happened last night?? Winter slept through for the first time!! I couldnt believe it, woke up a bunch of times freaking out and honestly it was so painful by the time she woke up and fed (at 6.30), just like when my milk first came in.
More news! DP and I went to look at a house yesterday morning(rental) and we applied for it and we were told we would hear back this morning, so fingers crossed! Its a wicked 3 bedroom with big back yard so we can get a dog and let the white devil(our cat) out to play...
Hope everyone is well :)
-
Just got a call from the real estate, we got our application approved! WOOHOO!
-
i am such a bad baby buddy :(
peach congrats that is fantastic!!!!!
-
Sorry... have we spoken before Raver? dont think Ive seen you on here...
Hahaha just kidding, thanks im so excited! :)
-
LOL awww dont make me feel even worse...... ;)
-
Peach: That is fantastic news!!! Any idea when you'll be moving? I'll be able to fully and completely sympathise with the difficulties of moving with a young baby!
That was good that you got out yesterday and could visit another young mum. I can only imagine how great it must be to talk with another mum. How is Winter going with teething, and how are you going with Winter teething? I have to admit I'm really not looking forward to when Oliver starts teething...
Rainbow: Bad baby buddy, lol . Nah, don't worry about it - we're all busy mummies - we still love ya! How is Bella going?
Blip, Antheia, Moose: How you girls and your lovely bubbas going? :)
AFM: Well, things are good... and bad. Oliver is happy and fine (sleeping through tremendous amounts of noise, thank goodness - I'll get to that in a sec), and my Dad finished painting our house today (DH couldn't get time off work), so that's fantastic! Still not sure when carpet is being put in, so we're still not quite sure when we're moving... but anyhoo, the bad:
The owner of the house we're currently renting decided that he'd like to install natural gas for hot water and floor heating... that's fine. Ages ago some guys came and did some work on the outside of the house, but yesterday and today, and who knows how many more days, the gas guys are back finishing everything off... it involves them getting under the house, but also being inside the house installing vents in the floor in every room. They keep parking me in so I have to ask them to move whenever I want to go anywhere, they have to have the doors open to run their power cords through the house (and it's really cold in Tassie!), I feel too self concious to feed in front of a bunch of strange men, so I have to keep finding new places to feed where they're not going to be, and in order to get the holes in the floor to install the vents they have to make heaps of noise and mess with their drills, and move all our furniture out of the way! Aaarrgghhhh!!! And all this for something that we're not even going to be hanging around to enjoy. It's the worst possible time they could do this, when I'm trying to pack up the house at the same time. Thank goodness Oliver went down for his morning nap without any fuss, and thank goodness he's been sleeping through all the noise. The gas guys are still here though, and probably will be all day. I really think I'm just going to have to give up on packing for the day and go to my parent's house to escape... that's if they'll bloody well move their truck out of the way first!!!
Phew... and vent over.
-
peach: WOOO congrats on the rental! thats fantasic to hear! what kind of dogwhere you thinking of getting?
as for my nanna she's broken a bone in her wrist :( she's got a cast on for 6 weeks - the poor thing. but it could be worse, she has ostioprosus (sp??) and 11years ago broke her hip in a fall.. so its a blessing in a way!
afm: as soon as i got off BB last night darren woke up!but i did get dinner cooked  and if i may brag, i made a killer garlic white sause haha. made me realiase how much i miss cooking. so this weekend we're having friends and their kids come over and maybe my MIL & FIL too...and im determond to cook for all of them! haha. my GP appt was ok. mind you he told me 'wait a a while" before DH and i start trying for another bub! hah i think we will wait untill maybe april next year (selfishy 'cus i want to be able to drink for my 21st LOL) but if it happens before then...well...its ment to be! DH and i are going to look at a car (or two) today after he's finished work...i hope we find something soon...i drove DH's car on sunday and now i want a bigger one haha
hope every one is having a good day!
Ah fast posting people!
'bow : your not bad. just a mummy!
sterla : aww about the noise! stupid work men...you do realise you have a wepon on your hands. one of oli's pooy nappys! that'd clear a room, i know darrens can! haha! i hope you get to move in soon, nice and realxing for you!
-
Blip: That's no good about your nanna . That's great about the cooking. I'm a hopeless cook - not that I can't cook, cause I'm actually an okay cook, I just don't really enjoy it very much for some reason. I wish I did. And yes, that's right - if it happens it happens ;).
-
stelra: yup. thats what DH and i keep saying LOL DH and i are thinking of going on a short driving holiday...and he said "ooo we'll be able to get some good solid practice in!" hahah...typical man!
-
Sterla- Thats pretty rude for the owners to be installing gas now... couldnt they have waited a week or two untill you guys were moved out? What a PITA! When we were moving back up here from Melb literally in the last few days we were there the owners decided to put in a new fence so I can sympathise. That is so not cool about you feeling uncomfortable feeding in your own home though. Grrr!
Blip- Good to hear your Nanna's going to be ok. Good luck with car hunting!
We want to get a staffy(Black male)... I really want to save a life so have been looking at rspca online and dog shelters but its sort of something Im having trouble with. DP and I have both grown up with them and dont want a cross breed. So I feel terrible but I think we will end up getting one from a breeder. I just wish people would desex their damn animals then there would... you know what Im gonna stop my rant lol
Sooo stoked about the house! We pick up the keys thursday(gotta get Captain One Toof vaccinated tommorrow :() its so cool we're allowed pets, now I wont have to hide the feline everytime someone knocks on the door!!
Oh how good is this getting lots of BB time today!
-
Peach, great news on the house, congratz!
Sterla, what a PITA! If it were me i would complain. But i love to complain lol.
I'm so tired today. Only for 4 hours sleep from 3:30-7:30am. I layed in bed for over 3 hours and i just could not get to sleep even though i was tired. My mind just wouldn't shut off.
-
That is so cool about the house! And great about being allowed pets - we have two cats and it was always a little hard with rentals.
:( That sucks about the vax... Oliver might be getting his tomorrow too, so I certainly feel your pain!
Antheia: You sound like my DH with the sleeping thing. It takes him ages to fall asleep cause he says his brain just won't switch off, whereas I'm asleep not long after my head hits the pillow. Hope you get to catch up on sleep .
AFM: I have escaped the gas men and am at my mum and dad's place. I'm hoping they'll be gone by the time I get home :crossfingers:. Oh well, Oliver gets to hang out with his Poppa and Aunty Bec for a bit :).
-
Hiya ladies,
WE are ok, Sammy has gone from growth spurt to teething so I am still getting up
at midnight 330 and then usually up by 6, so needless to say I am buggered. I was in bed by 8:30 last night. She is pretty good but you can just tell she is in pain, she's been wuite whingy but poor poppet is in pain obviously...oh and tomorrow we go for her 16 weeks shots! At least Dh is off for 5 days so will be getting some help. Sammy has gained 180gr last week with us cutting formula in half so we are very happy with that and we are slowly gonna cut more formula to see how she goes. I am coming off dairy on Friday and I must say, Sammy is not spewing like she used to at all, so am secretly hoping that was a phase as opposed to an intolerance because I WANT CHEESE & CHOCOLATE!~! LOL
Dh is so nice, he is going to stay home with me tonight to watch State of origin instead of going out with the boys. I will actually need a nap otherwise I won't make it!
Sorry no time for personals right now but will update more once I am back from MG this aftternoon.
Mxx
-
Hiya ladies :)
Moose: Aww about Sammy, poor little girl. I hope the worst of it passes soon enough  and you can catch up on sleep. Have fun at MG.
AFM: I took Oliver for his vaccinations this morning. He was so good and brave - he screwed up his face with the drops of course, and cried when he got the needles, but he was very quickly distracted by the lady there jingling some keys :). He fell asleep in the car on the way home and has been asleep ever since. Hopefully he's okay this afternoon.
The gas people are back again, and they're even more in the way today. I'm in my bedroom typing on my phone cause I can't really be in the lounge room. I think they're finishing today though, so that's good.
Ah well, back to reading my book and eating chocolate while Oliver naps :).
Hope everyone is well.
-
Good day!
Sterla- That is so rubbish that you have to hide in your own home, I hope they finish today. I love that even though you got out of the house you still managed to get on BB at your folks(did someone say addict?? ;))
Im glad Oliver went well this morning with his vacc's, we are taking Winter later this arvo, SO not looking forward to it. I cried last time... eeesh Im getting nervous just thinking about it, quick change the subject!!
What kind of cats do you guys have? How are they with Oli? Our White Devil is 7 years old and is a turd! But I do love him :P
Moose- Oh dear, I hope you get some sleep soon! How horrible is teething? and the worst part is that this is only the beginning! Its great your DH is supportive, it makes all the difference I reckon. How was your MG? Anything interesting?
Antheia-I know what you mean... Im such an over-analyzer(sp) its hard to switch off sometimes. I know your busy with 3 littlies, but have you ever tried meditating? You could even try it when lying in bed just concentrate on breathing and trying to relax your mind. Easier said than done!! :)
Blip- Where are you today?! :)
Raver- Hello and Happy Birthday to Logan!!
So all is well here, DP is bringing boxes home this arvo so we can start packing, SO excited! Then as I mentioned Winter is getting her vaccines :(
Tommorow we have MG which Im excited about, then we sign the lease, then no doubt we will go strait to the new place and have another geezer(even though we did that last night!). Hopefully should get onto BB quickly at some point in the day but if I dont get a chance I probably will be away till mon Id say.. Oh what am I thinking there is still friday in the week! Duh.
Anyone doing anything exciting on the long weekend??
GO THE MIGHTY BLUES! (sorry heheh)
-
Hi ladies!!I know you will all be like who is this???Im so sorry!Am I allowed back in?I have seriously felt like i havent had any time at all but i finally feel that things are going better and i missed you all so much,i felt so alone i should of just made myself get on here regardless!!I hope you dont mind im back,i did keep coming on to read everybodys, just then found i had no time to reply to any!Things are quite good now,i felt really guilty as i had to stop breastfeeding at around 8 weeks,Summer just wasnt gaining enough and i tried everything but just felt i was stressing over it too much so shes been on formula since about then. But she is gaining and doing so much better which is the main thing. She sleeps really well,to be honest since shes been fed better(lowsy boobs)shes been pretty much sleeping through the night usually from say 8pm til 7am,so thats good, everything else seems ok.Well,i just mainly wanted to say hello and can i come back???
-
Of course you can come back PJ! :D It's been awhile, hey?! Glad Summer is doing well (we have a Summer and a Winter, lol). Try not to stress about breastfeeding - 8 weeks is awesome!
Hope you manage to get on BB a bit more. Great to hear from you :D.
-
ello my lovies! i missed you all! eheh!
moose: im glad to hear sammy is gaining! you're doing fantasic! as for teething - i think daz has started. he chomps on everything BAR the bloody teething ring thingys we got him! he likes my finger though hahaha! good luck with the 4 month needles!
sterla : stoooopid gas men. use oli's pooy nappy as a missile then claim "im tired and tripped" as an exuess, they'd soon learn! haha. i hope oli was good for the rest of the day for you!
peach:  here i is! ooo glad to hear your excited about moving, i think i'd be packing my pants thinking about moving with daz right now! but i guess it'd be easyer then when they can crawl/walk!
PJ: hey darl. its ok to have to stop B/f! i know i have. daz has has that meany issues. im even slowly stopping expressing. it was making me depressed, you're doing whats best for summer, thats what is the most imporant thing  if you need to talk PM me and im happy to listen - i totaly understand
AFM: today Daz was very clingy! he had a 30min nap this moring (well from 12-12:30) and i only had enough time for a quick BB surf and half a shower! (yes i said half! i had to stop mid-shower and bring daz into the bath room to stop the screaming!) then off to MG at one of the girls places. it was nice. she had the cutest cats and dogs! was very relaxed. we talked about all kinds of things...from labours (mine was 'hellish' they thought cus of the 24hrs of 5-7min apart contractions!) and poo we meet up agian in two weeks! which is nice to get out the house for a while...its amuseing daz's hands are his own worst enmy right now. he push's his bottle out with them then sooks about it...although today he worked out if he keeps chomping it keeps coming so he keeps drinking haha smarty bum he is....
other then that. not much has been happening. althogh Daz has a 6th sence for when NOT to cry...dh and i where snuggleing up and BANG he starts...so i jump up and almost run into his room...just in time for him to...STOP! hah, so i told DH i'd wait up for his next cry lol and feed him! haha
-
Welcome back pj! Of course you can come back! I hear you on the breastfeeding. I had to stop about 2 weeks ago because of low weight gain (Orson lost 600g in the first 4 weeks and just didn't gain well after that). Lucky he has always slept through the night though!
Well i still have this damn cough! Only at night when it's cold though but it doesn't help with my sleep.
Also i forgot to mention (those of you on facebook should know though) I hurt my rib last Thursday. I tipped over and fell onto the bed post. I have an absolutely massive bruise (bigger than my hand). It's a nice black/purple/yellow colour, lovely huh? It's starting to heal but there's a reallybig lump in there aswell and i'm not sure if i should get that checked out or if it's just torn muscle or damaged tissue..
Orson's ear is pretty much healed up now too. Just have to see the GP in 2 weeks to make sure his ear drum has sealed up. However he now has oral thrush due to the antibiotics so he's on Nilstat which is really sticky and bright yellow...hmm lovely! :P
-
anthiea aww about the oral thrush. daz had that...the nilstat hurt him so we had duktarn for him. it didnt taste as bad eather (i tried nilstat and it bought tears to my eyes it was that bad LOL! but it was the cherry one!) i hope your feeling better RE the rib! and i'm glad orsons going better!
what Forumlar are you giving orson?
-
blip, we use S26 formula. What about you?
-
WB pj!!
im off ladies, will see you gain on monday.. im heading to the BB meetup WOOO!!!!
take care girls xxx
-
Hi ladies.
Raver: Have fun at the BB meet up! Jealous! :)
Oliver was really good yesterday afternoon after his needles. By evening he was feeling quite warm. We took his temperature and it was 38C, but then I realised I don't actually know what is considered a high temperature for a bub. Anyone know? We have Oliver some panadol anyway, but he spat most of it back out . He didn't seem uncomfortable or in pain or anything though, so I figured he was okay. Today he's been a bit clingy/fussy and is quite tired, but nothing too bad.
Funny thing this morning... recently I've been getting up earlier to have a shower before DH leaves for work, but today I didn't. So, I had Oliver in his rocker in the bathroom. He was fine and happy, then I turned on the water and he burst out crying. I turned the water off, talked to him and calmed him down. Then I went to turn the water on again and he burst out crying again! I couldn't have a shower, so I ended up having to have a facewasher shower, lol. I guess I'll just have to keep getting up early for that shower, or wait for Oliver to nap.
How is everyone doing? It's raining bucketloads here today!
