DD got staph when she was born. Great arnt they? Dont know why i bother anymore. But i reckon if i didnt go it would have been broken!
OMG thats awful! How did that happen, I mean I thought it only got into cuts? Are you icing your ankle?
 That sucks Antheia. 'Give her a break!'
Blip: I was just squeezing a little milk out before I fed Oliver, and somehow it managed to spray in my eye. Sure took me by surprise, lol.
Goodnight lovelys :)
Hey girls.
Theres going to be a huge bellybelly meetup next year on the queens birthday long weekend. If any of you are interested in going the thread is here. http://forums.bellybelly.com.au/foru...ne-2010-a.html
It's going to be on the gold coast.
Hows your ankle Antheia? I find a bag of peas also works a treat :)
Poor little bub with her finger tips, Im sure that helped reinforce the idea of a home birth at some point?
Hope your all having a great weekend :)
Wish I had time for a longer post...
Anyone else in shock about their bubs being 5 months soon? For some reason that seems like such a jump: from 4 to 5 months.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Its so scary! I see a newborn and cant believe Winter is an "infant" especially when we buy nappies... she is into the crawler size! So weird. But I love the stage they are in now, all smily and giggly :)
You know, i was just looking at photos of Orson yesterday from his birth and how small he was! So amazing how quick it goes. Soon they will be on solids and then the real fun begins lol.
..... hello....... :hide:
i banned myself fromm BB...AGAIN
i have lots to catch up on

Maybe i should ban myself to get some house work done! I wish there was a ban feature on facebook lol.
anthiea: hows your ankle going
Sterla: i am a little shocked that daz will be 5 months old! mind you im still trying to deal with the fact he can semi fit into "0" sized clothes!
AFM: Picked up the new car. got it inusured. drove it around friday night. and saterday. its a good car. i loves it. (photos will be on FB tuesday 'cus we're getting the plates changed and the ones on the car can seen! lol!) tomorrow is a treck into the city to get our marraige cert so i can change my name at vic roads! haha...(better late the never)
question - when will A/F go back to 'normal' (i say 'normal' cus a/f used to come every 3 weeks!) since i've stopped expressing?!? i took a HPT and it was a :bfn: so...any one have any ideas? becuase i'd like to start to get an idea of when im due so i can work out when i'm 'fertile' ect for when we start TTC (next year some time)...plus...its annoying not knowing!
I havent got AF back either blip. I stopped breastfeeding 3 weeks ago. Thought i would have got it by now. I also took a hpt lol but it was negative thankfully!
anithea: im glad that im not the only one who's body is going "bwahahaha im going to make you panic!" hope your ankle is feeling better today too!
No time for personals again, sorry .
Carpet for the new house has still not arrived, so we still don't know when we're moving. Very, very frustrating, and so annoying living in limbo and half out of boxes.
Oliver had a check up today, and all is good there. I was a little anxious after his small gain last time, but this time he'd put on 380g over two weeks, so that was a relief. He now weighs 6.8kg and is 64.5cm long.
The reason I didn't get a chance to do personals today is cause, for some unknown reason, Oliver just wouldn't sleep. He went about 6 hours with a max of 15 minutes sleep! He wasn't cranky tired, just too distracted to sleep I think... it meant I couldn't get anything done though.
Anyway, hope everyone is well. I'll catch up on personals soon - promise :).
Hi everyone,
wow, days are just flying by at the mo and I seem to not have much time for the computer, so will also have to apologise as I won't have time for personals...again :(
We are building a house down in Vic but won't be moving down for another 12 months or so, but still waiting for the last minute stuff to be approved, so things are still pretty hectic around here. Sammy is good, she FINALLY started sleeping through til 3am again only 2 nights ago. I felt like a different person the next morning, it was the 1st time in 3 weeks I had has 5 hours sleep straight and BOY did that feel good!! Sammy is just SO adorable at the moment, she is blowing raspberries and really making an effort to communicate with us with all kinds of sounds and gurgles. I have just put away 2 whole bags of clothes for my SIL who is due in July as they don't fit Sam anymore..it was semi sad and semi happy moment...I can understand when people tell you, "oh enjoy while they are so little, it doesn't last long" Sammy went to see her cousins play soccer on Saturday and spent most of the day outside, she was soo buggered that night, she ended up going to bed early...fresh air is a wonderful thing!
Okies, will try to be back today but the next couple days are still a bit crazy with MG's meeting and meeting friends for coffee...busy life for the SAHM!
Miss you all and PROMISE I will be back soon to update more and catch up on your bits...
Mxx
ello ladies!
Sterla : Gawww about the carpet! thats rather cruddy! i hope they do it soon!
Moose: Woo for moving down to melb! like i said its hawt down here! hope the build goes smooth for you!
AFM: been a semi busy day. shopping...ran into a mum from MG and talked at the shops for 45mins! went to vic roads and changed over my plates, well one set the other will be changed over after the rego is paid on the new car (thanks to the daler!) and i changed my name (with a new photo too!...which i'll have re-done in march next year! hahaha) tomorrow daz has his 4 month jabs (poor poppit!) then MG which should be good...
now its off to bed before daz wakes up!
I'm finally here to do personals...
Moose: You sound very busy! Good luck with all the planning - I hope it all goes smoothly. So cute Sammy :).
Antheia: How is your ankle healing? Are you able to move around much? It must be so difficult with your three little ones to look after. Hope you're doing okay.
Blip: How is the new car going? Roomy I bet! Sorry, no idea about AF either. She still hasn't made her appearance for me, and I'm quite happy for her to stay away for awhile longer yet! How is Daz doing?
Peach: What is your new place like? All settled in? I know what you mean about this being a great stage for bubs - Oliver is really giggly at the moment. He loves peek-a-boo (giggles everytime I say "Boo!") and gets such a cheesy grin on his face when I'm playing with him!
AFM: DH and I still don't know about carpet, so we still don't know when we're moving. DH is starting to drop the niceties with the carpet people... it's getting ridiculous. We were told 3-5 days and it's been over 2 weeks! If I were an angry person I'd be pretty PO'd, but instead I'm just mildly annoyed, lol .
Oliver and I are good... just plodding along really. Oliver has been getting more and more difficult to get to sleep during the day though, so much so that I finally gave in and gave him a dummy. I'm not against using them or anything, I just hadn't felt that Oliver needed one... but today he was just fighting sleep so much, and no amount of rocking would send him off. I knew feeding him would, but only temporarily... so I dug out the dummy I'd bought awhile ago, and in 5 minutes Oliver was asleep! I was actually quite upset about it to begin with (a strange and surprising emotional response - I guess I felt like a piece of plastic was doing a better job than I could :() - but thanks to some lovely BB girls I quickly got over that, and am now hoping the dummy might solve the day sleep issue :crossfingers:.
Anyway, it's late - so I better get some sleep. Hope everyone is well - goodnight :).
Hi Ladies :)
Well, after waiting almost 3 weeks for carpet... we went to a couple of other places, with one being able to lay carpet for us next week. That wasn't the best, as it meant asking the real estate for another week at the rental, but it would have to do. Then, on the way back from one of the carpet stores, DH got a call from the original place. The guy still didn't know where our carpet was, but he had a wool carpet in a similar colour that he said he'd give us for the same price as the original carpet. We went and checked it out, and it's really good. He can start work tomorrow and finish laying it Friday... so, we can finally move on Saturday! Talk about a saga, but I am so happy that something is happening after so much waiting.
Sorry, I know that's not baby-related at all - but I'm just so relieved things have finally worked themselves out.
Hope everyone is well :).
Yay sterla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi girls, i wont be on BB for about 2 weeks. Please refer to this post. http://forums.bellybelly.com.au/foru...80#post1845280
sterla : WOOO happy dance time! i bet you're really getting excited now! i bet Oli would too...if he knew...im sure he'll be excited having some new walls to look at!
anthiea: :comfort: thats all i can say
AFM: Daz had his jabs today. he did really well, as in better then i thought! most bubs where screaming strait after the jabs...but daz qwarked...and when i offered his bottle he kind of didnt want it...just wanted his dummy and a cuddle. then we went to the shops for a wonder around and then off to mothers group. one of the mums was sick, but it was still nice. we found out that out of the 6 of us there today (normaly 7) that three of us got married while UTD! i was the 'lastest' as such being 33 weeks another girl was 25weeks and the other im gessumeing before that? as she had her little one at 29 weeks! and we talked about when we plan on having our next bubs - one girl wants to be UTD by her sons 1st birthday! which i admire! i told DH that after my 21st we can start actively TTC. i just realised (whilest cruzeing my FB friends from school) how lucky i am. most of 'em are still out drinking/partying/at uni. and only *just* comeing into the real world. while i maybe a SAHM, i have possably the best - never ending job - in the whole world. and when daz (and any other kiddletts!) are 18, i'll be out clubbing with them! (esp daz hahaha) moments like this one...make me realise that im the lucky one. not them :)
Ok finally back for some personals!!
Antheia: Catch up soon and hope your ankle & everything else slows down for you so you can enjoy a nice time with your DH
Sterla: HOW EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!! you must be stoked! Good luck getting into your new house and hope the move goes nice and that Oli adjusts nice and easy for you! Are you doing Oli's room all up?
Blip: What a good little Dazman to be soo good after his shots. I can't believe you went out shopping and MG afterwards, thats awesome! Sammy usually just wants lots of cuddles and is a little grouchy so I usually plan the rest of the day at home as she sleeps lots after her shots. Thats such a great outlook on your motherhood and you will be able to enjoy having the kids out of the house at an earlier age and party on! Too funny about being married UTD, we just found out yesterday that one of DH's childhood mate just got back from getting married in Fiji and his mrs is due in September!
Peach: How's it all going? Teething, moving, sleeping? Are you enjoying your new house as well??
PJ: Hope you and Summer are ok!
Raver: Hope little Bella and yourself are keeping well
AFM: Sammy has finally started to sleep through til 3am again (THANK GOD!) but she's been having issues falling back asleep afterwwards, still I manage to get 5 hours sleep so can't complain. Haven't weighed her yet but know she is still gaining well, there are new rolls appearing each day! LOL I actually had to put some cream as she had some "leftovers" in one of her chins! LOL Poor thing is constipated at the moment, so had to give her a suppository, which I must say, actually worked a treat once I got over the fact that I had to put it up her bum! I used to HATE suppository as a kid and have VIVD awful memories of it, so was a bit reticent doing the same to Sam, but it loosened everything up and in 10 minutesm I had a poo! On a brighter and more appetizing subject, I am really starting to think that Sammy is ready for solids, she is showing keen interest in whatever we eat and a few times after feeding her on the boob and giving her formula top ups, she has asked for more formula. I think that the fact she is also still waking up at night could be related to her being ready for something more substantial...anyone else thinking about starting their bubba on solids soon?
On a final note, I really think my boobs are starting to dry up and tbh, I am almost over breastfeeding. Sammy doesn't seem to enjoy it as much and its getting harder as she is distracted by everything. The only good bit is at nightime but then again, last night, we had to give an extra 60ml on the bottle anyway. DH is really wanting me to keep going til 9months . I said I was aiming for 6 months and would be lucky if I actually made it there.I'd like to keep breastfeeding through Winter because of the extra immunity but the last couple mornings, I've barely managed to express 20mls, which I used to get no problem, so I know Sam is probably eating more as well, but call it a feeling, even though still on Motilum, I feel my boobs aren't as full as they used to be.
Off to shower as I am going to see my SIL who is due early July. Wishing everyone a good day!
Mxx
Hello Girls!
My goodness its been a long time since Ive posted a big one and even though I should be spending time with DP I have to catch up with my baby buddies! Just a quick update on us not to be selfish but we have been so busy...
New house is going great, we have so much more room its great... The Feline is now going out into the yard during the day to terrorise the wildlife which he loves of course, DP has his own room for his artwork, I have a bath(blissssss) and there is brand new carpet which is great for when Winter starts to crawl(no rush!).
Winter has been good, her second tooth has caught up to the first one and she looks so cute! Nights have been hard tbh the last week though, and last fri I had a bit of a breakdown it was all getting a bit too much, this week has been much better though, not during the nights but more just with my own mental health. Turns out one of the Mums from my MG lives in an ajoining street so we have been going walking together which is good.
Today we had our mg in the park which was so nice, there was a pelican in the water!! Really nice to catch up with the group. Ive made quite good friends with a couple of them(one of which came over yday) and its just really nice to meet new people who are on the same page. I love all my friends but its good to have other people to catch up with during the week iykwim?
My goodness its been sooo long since I posted honestly Ill be here all night if I type everything we've been doing(makes me sound like Im busy lol) I cant be bothered typing anymore about myself!
Ok one more thing, got Winter weighed today for the first time in a month she had only put on 500g which concerned me, the nurse said I had nothing to worry about though. She is now 7.66kg so is now officially double her birth weight. OMG she rolled over for the first time this week too! She is so spunky I love her so much :)
Sorry to be selfish but I PROMISE Ill be back in the morning for personals(I dont want to be half arsed and there is much to say!)
Ninight Ladies
moose: dont give up on your body, but if its what you want, then do it. i know my milk dried up even with the motilum when my head went "i cant do this any more" and i had a brake down (which invlolved alot of yelling at poor DH) before i realised that expressing was taking its toll, and i needed to be a happy mummy to make daz happy...you're doing fantasic you've come along way and given sammy liqward gold you've worked your bum off...i take my hat off to you! i understand the alertness thing too - thats a big part why daz wouldnt go back to the boob - he's a nosey little bugger at times! as for going out with daz when he's 18 it'll be interesting who can drink who under the table (Ohh lord its going to be FUN haha) as for solids im hoping to wait untill 5 and half six months. but i did buy some of that rice stuff for daz...it looked a little better the the farix one...its 'brown rice' not white, so im hopeing that'll mean less consipation!
peach: YaY! for the new house glad you got a bath...and things are looking up for you! and WooHoo on winter rolling! thats fantasic!
AFM: been quiet today. went to the shops to check out high-chairs! fond one i semi like...but im going to look at more...starting to think about when daz starts solids. mind you last night he was refulxing so i tired to make some thickner up with formular into a paste and soon feed him some (to try and make a plug LOL) and it all came back out haha, too smart he is. tonight he's been good. had about 230ish mil's before bed (as in 180 at my mum and dads. then another 80ish mils here, but he threw up some...so im guessing about how much he had all up. he then fell asleep as i tried to burp him so i left him asleep for about 20mins and put him into his cot...i kind of hope he'll wake up early so i can bring him into bed with DH and i 'cus its sooo cold! even though he's got flanelett sheets, a fluffy warm blanket then three cot dooner thingys (two hevyer ones and one lighter one) DH and i both still worry about him getting cold...plus i think DH has gotten used to daz being in bed with us...mind you i have too. i can see him growing up so fast, i want to try and do this kind of thing while i still can...cus i already can see daz will be the kind of kid who wants to be 'alone' or independant.
at my mum and dads tonight i went though some photos from christmas and i realise how much i miss my bump! as sad as that is...i want another bump! ...but the next time i'm *that* big will be the middle of winter. NOT SUMMER with bloody 47deg. days! (well i tell a lie, i dont know how hot that feels i was up to my boobies in a bath birthing daz...then in the a/c of post natel ehehe)
I'm off to bed. hope every one has a lovely friday! (WOO pants of friday! haha)
Hi ladies :)
Just a quick post to let you know I probably won't be on BB for a few days. We're moving tomorrow, and I don't think our internet is back on till Tuesday. I'll miss you all :grouphug:. I hope everyone has a great weekend, and I'll catch up next week :).
ooo its been quiet!
sterla :woo have fun moving - we're expecting a full update once its done!
hows every one else?
things here are quiet. bought daz a high chair yesterday. i've put him in it a few times and he seems to like it. the only downer is he can get some reflux whilst sitting in it - so i tired to make some thickner gel up (its ment to be for b/f'd babys...) and give it to him from a spoon...but failed and 99% of it ended up on his bib the other 1% came back up! haha...but it re-affermed that he's not ready for solids yet, so at around five and a half six months we'll look into it more (but i did buy some of that rice ceral stuff...) but im glad i bought two shower certons for when we start! daz has also worked out how (kind of) to put a rusk into his mouth on his own, which is cute. Ohh and i've worked out how to get daz to sleep during the day. put him on his play mat with a pillow...he'll roll over and go to sleep on his own...which is really cute...i wonder it'd work in the cot...but with the whole SIDS thing...im not going to try it.
hope every one is having a good weekend!
Hey Girls :)
Hope you are all having a good weekend with your families.
Blip- I know what you mean when you say you miss your bump... Im always looking at my pg photos and I made a plaster cast of my tummy too which is in Winters room, I miss my big beautiful belly so much I felt so gorgeous with my gut. It sound silly but Id love to have it back... only without the projectile vomiting thank you :)
Sterla- Stoked you got your carpet! Hope the move is going good for you and that Oliver is being good for his Mummy. How is everything else? I had something to say to you but I cant remember for the life of me... Mummy brains!
Moose- Our new house is awesome and we are fully settled. I love just having the extra room and being able to go for walks is golden... and guess what? I can honestly say you inspired me to go walking! :) So thank you*
I cant believe I forgot to mention in my last post, we actually started Winter on solids last monday. Farex with BM once a day as she was displaying all the signs she was ready... and she gobbles it up in no time! She is eating so much its insane. And the look on her face when she gets the farex is priceless! She even grabs the spoon out of my hands to jam it in her mouth herself, little piggy :)
You have done a great job Bfing Sammy up untill now so whatever you decide on doing you know we will all support you.
Antheia- OMG I cant believe your DH is going away! Dont even know what to say. Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend together
Our weekend is going well, nothing too exciting oh tried to do Winters hand prints on paper... what a disaster! Have any of you tried it??
Just quickly coming on while DH is out for a run.
AF arrived on Thursday. Blerk! The cramping was soooo bad :( Not nice. I have had bad PMS and feeling extra sensitive and paranoid too. I hate it.
Orson had his first try of solids on Thursday aswell but most of it came back out so definatly not ready yet. We'll try in another month and see.
Orson has been having horribly hard poos of late, to the point his little bum is bleeding. Anyone else have this problem? I might have to give him extra water or something.
Hmm not much else. It's my 23rd birthday this Friday! Then DH will be leaving on the Monday after. Boo hoo! I'm getting really upset about it. But i know it is for the best. He will have a better job, better money, better lifestyle and we get to move out of this hell hole that i have lived in my whole life! Plus we're moving to Melbourne and i love Melbourne!
Anyway that's me and i will be back sometime after DH is gone.
peach: Aww i wish i'd got a cast of mu bump. but knowing daz he'd have left a few 'dents' in it lol. he was an active 'blip' haha!(can you tell how i got my name ;) ) yay for walks in the garden! glad to hear winter is into the solids...now the fun starts!
Antheia: aww about a/f - im still waiting for mine...2HPT and two :bfn: 's later you'd think i'd just 'deal' with it haha...but NOOO! when are you commin' down to melb? its bloody cold down here atm so you'll need to rugg up! (and if your DH is getting stationed at hastings as it? he'll REAALLLY need to rug up. its cold there!) did orson like spit/push out the food then kinda gag? daz did with the thickner gel...as for the hard poo...i found infants friend helped things *ahem* 'move along' with that. maybe swich formular brands? daz is on karicare and it seems to be (along with nan it hink it is) one of the watery-er ones. my MCHN said that if daz has hard poos to give him his bottle and the last 10-15mls of it add 10-15mls of water so he gets more water into him (which failed 'cus he wouldnt take any more  )
AFM: went out for lunch with a high school friend today (well we had a falling out waaaaaaaaay back in year 8 cus i went out with her ex :p ) but it was nice...her DP is 37, she's my age so it was nice to have some one like me out there! she's also thinking about settling down, her DP has a son whoes 15...but her DP was nice and made a joke about "i never had gray hairs untill boo" (my friend) and i said "yeah well, chris never had gray hairs untill i went into labour then i scared him gray!"
then had to drop into my mum and dads for some 'organic' lemmons (also known as the type they prune once a year and then get lemmons from :p ) for DH's cold. its man flu mainly (whingeing whineing YKWIM?) speaking of DH i better go make his honey and lemmon
hope every one is having a good weekend!
Hi ladies,
Well it's been a massive week for us!
Sammy is on solids and she is just like Winter and LOVING IT! She's been having organic rice cereal in BM and loves it. I am going to weigh her today to see how much she has put on in the last 2 weeks, I am thinking should be close to 500gr, she's just been eating SO MUCH. She has started waking up at midnight, 3am and 6am again :( I am seriously starting to feel it, but DH asked me to express as much as possible and he will do a feed, the midnight one so I can get more than 3 hours sleep straight. Going back to Sammy's eating, she is still eating every 3 hours during the day. MIght try to get an appointment with the EC nurse this week to have a chat, I guess once we find out her weight, it will give us a better idea. Another big one for Sam is that she is no longer sleeping in her snuggle bed, that went a few days ago and now the only problem is that she is able to roll in bed, caught her asleep on her tummy yesterday, so been very watchful and every time I hear her stir, I've been getting up to make sure that she hasn't rolled over but all and all, she didn't budge one bit and there was hardly any transitions between small and big bed, but I guess that could also account for her waking up at night and having problems resettle, shejust needs getting used to. Our other big thing this week is that Sammy is now able to roll from one end of the room to the other, she has finally mastered the full roll! You should have seen my face when I put her down, checked something on the computer and 2 minutes later when I looked again, she was 1.5 metres from where I left her and it was full of toys as well! LOL But watched her this am and there is no stopping her now, she has also started to hate the bouncer ( she just wants to roll) but her spews have really slowed down so is not so much an issue. ALRIGHT< enough about me!
Peach: thanks for the encouragement, I think I kinda hit a low last week and I have a feeling sleep depravation also has something to do with it. So glad your new house is awesome, having lots of space must be great! And really good to see you are out and about walking, its been raining here for the last week and I am getting cabin fever SOMTHIN' Serious! I find it really clears my mind and always cheers me up once I come back from my daily walk. Go Winter on solids and cannot believe she has teeth already! I can feel some bumps in Sams mouth but haven't spotted any actual teeth yet, mind you its so freakin hard to try and acutally SEE in their mouth !LOL
Antheia: Am not looking forward to get AF back thats for sure! is your ankle any better??
Try the glyceryn suppository for Orson, it worked so quickly and Sam has not had issues since, they are infants ones too so its not like a horse pill or whatever. Hope you and your DH have an awesome week together. You'll have to tell us how the super nanny went with Lily too.
Blip: Hope your DH feels better, you gotta love the "man flu" what would they do without women around? thats awesome that you pactehd things up with your friend and even better that she is in teh same situation as you with DH and all. Do you get a lot of "frowns & looks" when you are out with your DH? And I totally agree that I think ALL our DH's got grey hair from labour, it changes a man forever I reckon, after all, its not every day you see a baby coming out of your wife's woo woo! LOL
Sterla: Hope the house move is going well :) Looking forward to hear from you and how much you love your new home!
Alrighty, might try to chill out a bit before Sam wakes up :)
Mxx
moose: Woo for a rolling sammy! the image i had in my head made me chuckle! im glad to hear sammy is liking solids. daz hasnt had any yet. i have thought about it, but the way he is now with the refux, i dont want to have chunks *just* yet! haha. i so know how you feel about not getting out. i was cooped up all day friday and most of saterday (saterday being man-flu onset) i was about ready to thump DH for whingeing about being sick! (maybe he should try moring sickness on! hah) as for the age gap between DH and i we're pritty lucky 'cus i look older and he looks younger (to qoute a tafe friend "your only as old as the women you feel" ) the only time things where frowned on was when i was in my last year of high school...and i lost my best friend over it - and she then became friends with a wall - when i shoved her into it :duh: best choice i ever made. i hope sammy has gained heaps of waight for you! as for the 3hr feeds - most breast fed bubs do that (so i've been told) becuase the BM is more watery and better aborbed then Formular...mind you daz still feeds every 3.5hrs (and every 4.5 at night). i hope the waigh in goes well!
AFM i think i've got the cold WOO. and *hopefully* :PMS: cus not having a/f is bugging me! haha never thought i'd say that one! plus im hopeing its a/f on her way 'cus i woke up feeling like i wanted to vomit...so im hopeing that was an empty tummy kinda sick 0_o. took my car to be put on gas (duel fuel)but the stooopid people told DH 8am so we got up (DH took a sick day today..) and drove down (me in my old car DH in my new one) and waited untll 8:20 and gave them the keys, they said "ohh we dont open untill 9am" :o wtf? any whoo i better toddle off...and do some washing.
hope every one is having a nice day!
Morning Girls,
Blip- Gotta love how men always get "the flu" never just a common cold... hopfully your all eating lots of vegies!! What is BFN? I dont miss AF one single bit. Im such a cranky pants when I get it lol.
How did you get back in contact with your friend after all these years? Glad to hear you guys had a good time. How big is the gap with you and DH? How did you guys meet? (dont mind me nosy parker Peach :))
Moose- lol that is SO cute Sammy is rolling rolling rolling the whole way around your room too cute :) The first time Winter rolled I was out of the room and came back and she was on her tummy, so I can Imagine the shock you got.
With her teeth you should see a little white dot on her gums before the tooth starts cutting through. Also we have been using Hylands teething relief you get from the chemist.. works a charm.
Antheia- Oh thats is so horrible for Orson. I havnt had anything like that with Winter but she is BF and her poo's are like splodgy toxic green water. Even with the farex. Are you guys doing anything for your birthday?? Where abouts in mMelbourne will you guys be moving to? How long till you move?
Sterla- Hows everything going?? Hows the new place?? Hows Oli?
So its rainy and miserable here today, rain forcast untill thursday. Not alot planned for the week, wed mg is going to see "the proposal" which I have no interest in but I think Winter and I will go and have lunch with them after the movie.
Have any of you girls seen 'Changeling' with Angelina Jolie? I watched it on the weekend and to say it was disturbing would be an understatement.
Hope your all happy and well :)
peach: BFN = Big Fat Negative :bfn: :) as for being nosey your not! haha theres 10 and a bit years between DH and i. we met when i was working at a subway near his work (i was 3 weeks off turning 17) and he and another guy used to come in then DH started comming in on his own *just* before close time. he often jokes he thought i was cute screwing my nose up to the idea of tuna on a sub! and yes we've had all the jokes about daz being the "foot long baby" hah! as for a/f i miss it cus i'd like to know when i ovulate for when we TTC (well it'll be like TTC with darren 'when it happens, it happens' lol ) but still...plus i want to stop thinking i'm UTD...its driving me crazy!
Hi girls - just a quick note. Writing from my phone (internet not back on yet) so will be short.
We are all moved in - hooray! Everything went very smoothly and Oliver has settled in really well. I can't wait to get our internet on so I can update properly... I may even include a few pics :).
Hope you're all well.
Sammy is now 6kg! well 5.97kg but pretty sure that with what she just had to eat , she's nmow 6kg! LOL 400gr in 2 weeks, so we are happy and will up her formula to see if it may help her sleep a bit better!!
Thats great Moose! You must be so relieved and happy :) Stoked!
Glad to hear the move went well Sterla, looking forward to seeing photos!
Blip- Ah how irritating not knowing with AF. Before Baybay was conceived i was so irregular, it makes it hard. Constantly paranoid! How long did it take your DH to get the guts to ask you out? How long have you guys been together now? Wouldnt tuna make it all soggy? Bletch lol :)
Have a great night everyone!
haha peach! we've been together 3 and a bit years. married for...umm...it'll be a year in november! well...he asked me out, kind of. we arranged to meet at a local (to me LOL) shopping center and i dunno...things just kinda...clicked? we both where running late (WOO for public transport! on my part) and i dragged a mate a saw on the bus to wait with me till DH arrived! and yes, the tuna did make the subways soggy haha he didnt care  as for AF i before daz i was every 3 weeks, so here comes the TMI LOL 1 bloody week one 'good' week (IE normal moods) one bad then blood haha so when i found out i was preggers with the daz man i knew about a week before then tested again the day before a/f was due! and HELLO SALIOR there was two pink lines. (mind you two days before that i plaied paint ball...and did a 3am start in the deli...had coke and a banna for brekkie...never tuched a banna again!)
Awww Blip! Let's all share our stories of how we met our DH/DPs!
Mine is pretty boring. DH and I have known each other since Grade 1. In Grade 8 we became friends which turned into more... we were 'going out' by the end of the year. When DH turned 18 we got engaged, then got married a year and a half later. Who says high school romances don't last! :p
Who else wants to share?
