Hi all
Been a while since I checked in, glad to see things are going well for most of you.
I cannot believe some of you are clucky already, at the moment I think Max might be an only child! I have had a post childbirth health issue that required some minor surgery last week, so I suspect thats why I have not entered the heights of cluckiness yet.
Max has been a great buba, but my health issue has meant that I wasn't enjoying new motherhood, couldn't really leave the house and was in pain most of the day. Not exactly ideal for enjoying motherhood!. Hopefully the issue is finished with and we can get on with things.
We are attempting to move Max from Bassinet to cot, at least for day sleeps. Its not going to well! He has become really comfy in his bassinet and I fear he will not sleep very well if we go visiting anywhere - any others had luck with moving them from bassinet to cot?

to everyone!

. If I catch Chloe's tired signs all I have to do it put her down somewhere that she considers a place to sleep, like the rocker carrier/cot/pram and she will go off by herself. She will sleep in her cot all day and night but wont have a bar to do with it in the evening, she has to be asleep in the bassinette carrier and if I try to put her to bed before 10.30 she cracks a patty. Really strange I know, I keep trying occasionally to put her in there but she knows
I've never rocked or patted either of mine, but if they need it I will give cuddles and walk around holding them really tight till they drift off. I think you start to rock/pat them until they start to doze off and start putting them in the cot half asleep with a little more patting, to get slowly out of the rocking thing, I think thats what I remember my sister doing but 3mths is still okay I think to. She needs cuddles to go off to sleep after her last feed of the day though, she buries her head upside down into the crevic of my arm, it looks like she is suffocating but she squirms until she gets there.
. Only problem is, 9 hours minus cluster feeding =
