Hi everyone - I'm being lazy too, with 3 under 3 I'm not getting much of a chance to post anything interesting!!! Not that there really is anything interesting happening... just a messy house, and poop after poop after poop!!!

Hope everyone is coping well with their newborns and everything that comes along with it

Well my mum is here at the moment helping out - so thats helping heaps, she just prepared dinner in the slow cooker so I didn't have to, and usually does the washing up, cleans up a bit, hangs out my washing - so I've just been feeding, feeding and feeding my little piggy!! And mothering the other two of course

I really have to get DS into child care, he NEEDS the stimulation desperately. He's so bored with just me at home..

Hi Arimeh....wow along with Heavenly you girls are incredible, how on earth do you stay sane hee hee. I'm freaking out about going for my second in 12-18 months.......Arimeh, how did you find going a VBAC after a C-Section? I just had my first on the 30th November and unfortunately had to go the emergency c-section due to high temp and bubs high heart rate during active labour stage, they thought I had an infection but the swabs came back negative so not sure what happened. I'm really hoping next pregnancy I can try the vaginal birth as I feel like I've been ripped off and missed out on the experience.

AFM - My sisters took me and Amelia to see Santa today seeing as I can't drive yet, Amelia was asleep ha ha - better than screaming. Mind you, we ended up being a bit longer than her usual 3 hours between feeds so while I was quickly trying to get some groceries in Woollies she started bawling....quickly gathered my things and left, just finished feeding. I felt so bad leaving it 4 hours poor petal. Hope it hasn't stuffed up the routine I'm trying to establish, although everyone has said not to stress too much as it's hard to get a routine going until about 6 weeks.....is this true?

Hi Alison I can understand the ripped off feeling, I had that too when DD1 was another c-section. I think with the right support behind you - you can achieve anything you desire I hope you are recovering well from your section - the first one is the hardest I must say, for some reason my recovery was good with section #2 - until I got an infection

As for routines - um my kids have all sorta set their own, I just make a note of what they do every day, and if it seems to be going along the same lines for a while, then that's their routine!

DD2 has a sorta routine now - she is a much better feeder now, and feeds every 2-3 hours, except in the early evening, when it just feels like I'm permanently attached to her and I feel absolutely empty by the end of the day - but last night wasn't too bad, fed her at 11pm and she wouldn't settle, so DH took her into the loungeroom and she slept on his chest until 1.30, then he put her in the bassinette and she slept until 5am! So went 6 hours between feeds.

She's a little upset at the moment, must be hanging for another feed. Mum is trying to settle her in the swing, but I don't think its got any milk in it LOL
