hey ali- just quickly, have you tried expressing while amelia is on the other breast?
i know you said youre not really feeding her much, but i tried to express a bit when tully was little as we opened our cafe when he was 4 months and i couldnt get much either. I heard from someone that if i fed while expressing on the other breast, it helped with let down and i got loads! like 50 mls while he fed off the other side. just an idea that may be worth a try x
