Ery I am glad things are better for you. I am sorry to hear you are going to start weaning, I know how much you wanted to BF. You have done an awesome job to feed her as long as you have, especially with all the hurdles you faced. xoxo

Ery, we give her everything and anything! lmao im not overly fussed about whats in things re allergies, obviously not peanut butter or anything like that.
Iz has watermelon, banana, avo, carrots, beans, hot chips if we're having them (yes i know bad mummy) grilled fish flaked up, chicken flaked up, biscuits, cruskits, grated apple, pear slices, cheese sticks. basically anything easy to chew and easy to hold she can have.

lilydust, seriously though...ive completely lost my mind! but hey, will be worth it in the end!

Ery - glad you're feeling more positive now
T's ear is better, though still producing goodly amounts of wax. The doc gave her the all clear for swimming and showering, and we had a good lesson on Thursday night.
We're doing BLS here, too. T is chewing on wholegrain bread fingers (toasted), has tried cucumber, pumpkin and banana, too. Banana she'll happily toy with and move around in her mouth but it tends to get pushed out soon after. The toast fingers are definitely going down a treat! (ETA: not fussed about her ingesting peanut butter - she's had PB crusts from DS's leftovers, and we don't have any history of allergies to these things. I'm more worried about withholding them for so long that by the time she gets any she will end up with an intolerance.) The first time we gave her food to play with it was broccoli and it went straight in (soooo unlike DS who snubbed solids till about 10 months!!). It changed her gut flora straight away - all day the next day she was doing poo, so we held off for another few days before trying again. Her system is adjusting better now and we're back to more regular poos, even though they have changed quite a bit - no longer resembling scrambled egg at all!
ECing has copped a beating this week due to the move, but we're still nappy free overnight. Daytimes has seen her in terry flats and wetting them cos I've been packing or moving or unpacking and storing (into MiL's place) and missing cues left right and centre. She even had one pooey nappy - I've spoilt myself and her and we're not used to smeary poo bums anymore!
She's getting around like a demon and really keen on cruising, but has to get more crawling action in first...she needs to bring her goals in a bit closer
Better make the most of her sleeping time to do some online shopping (dog flea treatments way cheaper online than at the vet!) and a loo trip (such a luxury with a 3&3/4 yo running around at teh same time!!).
have a gorgeous weekend, the weather is divine here!

Ery, we aren't quite 3 weeks into BLS and DD has had the following:
Broccoli- steamed, Green beans and snow peas- blanched, Baby corn- blanched
Pumpkin- steamed or roasted, Capsicum- raw or roasted, Toast with banana or avocado
    Asparagus spears, Banana, Avocado
    Lamb cutlets (DDs favourite atm)
Yoghurt, Apple, Zucchini- roasted or steamed
Carrot- roasted or steamed, Noodles- although these just got wrapped around her arm like a bangle , Potato or 'chips'- roasted
English muffins with cottage cheese (big winner too)

DD with a cutlet in one hand biting into it whilst shaking her heads to break chunks off was last nights entertainment

    Hi girls

Wow it sounds like all the bubbas are doing really well, moving around, getting teeth, solids they are growing so fast....you guys will all be TTC your next one before we know it Miss Skybie is the only one game enough (or silly enough lol) to start already. Wishing you all the best with that Skybie.

Erybery: Glad to hear Ella is sleeping better must be a big relief for you hun.
Maya: Hope the moving process is relatively painless for you, I hate moving.
Lilydust: Just picturing DD with a lamb cutlet gnawing away how cute.
LJ: How is William settling now, hope he is being a good boy for mummy and you are able to get some rest.

Miss Laicee is doing really well she is sooooo much fun and keeps us all very amused for hours she is going to be so spoilt....oh well the last one. She has been battling a chest infection for a couple of weeks and is on her second dose of abs which seems to be working. She loves food in any way shape or form lol and will take it from spoon, or finger food however she can get it and chucks a tanty if it isnt coming fast enough.

Hi to all the other girls: Oz. Jen, V, Butterfly Mummy, DM, and everyone else lol
Will catch up again soon I am as we all are very busy with bubs plus the other 3. 4 kids certainly keep me busy. Take care all and keep smilin xxx
