Awww brydz - I'm the same as vix that whole birth certificate thing freaks me out. Meh let him get lawyers involved, he can suffer in his jocks when he discovers the consequences. Chin up babe your doing a fantastic job with V. I no its easier said than done but try not to stress about it all, it will work out and you will get what you want. Any lawyer would be crazy not to side with you, your doing all the right things that are best for Vinny and your even trying to include J so good on you.

Vix - huge huge hugs babe. Try and relax I'm sure everything is going to be fine. Thinking of you xx

Afm - my internet stopped working this morning so I'm on my phone. I'm looking at it as a good thing but coz I've realised I spend way to much time on it anyway and not enough time playing and cuddling with my little man. So I've vowed to only use it when he's sleeping, speaking of he's waking up so I better skedaddle xx

Raffy - Thanks for the hugs honey! Glad to hear you had a great time with your friends at the beach, although sorry to hear you got sunburnt on the back of your legs. When Noah cries, it sounds like he goes Muuum too. Too cute when it sounds like they call you Mumma already! Sorry to hear your internet died, hope you get it back on again soon.

Brydz - I agree with Vix and Raffy, it freaks me out too that J wants a birth certificate. Why would he want or need one??? I wouldn't give him a copy and if he really does need/want one, then he'll have to pay and apply for one. I say let him go through his lawyers and make things harder for himself. He will only have himself to blame for it all in the end. It makes me angry that he is doing this and that he is putting unnecessary stress and nonsense on you! You're right, you don't need his cr..p and neither does Vinny. Keep your chin up and remember that we're all here for you!

Vix - If I lived closer, I'd come over and give you a neck rub/massage to help you relax a little. I would also have gone with you for support!! I that it all goes well. Please know that I'm thinking.....we're all thinking of you! Huge from me and Noah for ya!

AFM, the guy is here to sand and polish our floors, yay!! Sooooo excited!!! He reckons he will finish either Friday or Saturday.... He has been sanding for the past hour and Noah went to sleep right after the guy started sanding and Noah is still sleeping! lol He is pretty used to loud noises (Peter's truck, when Peter did some grinding and cutting wood, banging nails into studs upstairs, TV, music etc) but this sander has been really loud and I was worried that it would wake him, but nope, my little boy surprised me! lol Just taking it easy at home and catching up on millions of emails while I can.

Hope you all have a great day!

    Me xoxo

internets back!! i fixed it all on my lonsome gosh im clever, coops is asleep AGAIN. all hes done for 4 days is eat and sleep and have little plays in between, he slept from 4pm yesterday arvo til 5.15 this morning i had to wake him at about 7.30pm for a bath and a feed which only took like 20 mins and he fell asleep while having his bottle. crazy. means i really dont have an excuse for the state of my house other than pure laziness, hes asleep on my chest atm so thats my excuse for now

I'm hoping he's only asking for the BC just because he wants to see what is on it. And nothing more weird. it just strikes me as really odd. especially after the crap what his mum said about HER raising him like a brother to J when I was pregnant. that sh*t sticks in my mind still. also last time I actually went there he mentioned something bout going to centrelink for something.
um, why? he can't get any payments. wtf does he think this is? is he only doing this in the hopes that he can get some money out of it?

anyhoo. Haven't heard back from him as of yet since my email yesterday. not that it bothers me. prefer to be left alone.

spent my morning on the phone and organized the Child Support assessment to get started (even though the birth certificate isn't back yet - i forgot to sign it LOL so had to post it back again today). I also rang the BDM people to find out about the middle name thing. They said it is being reviewed and some form of decision will be made hopefully by the end of the week. I REALLY hope that they just leave out his middle name all together now. That seems more than fair. I picked Vincent. And J gets to have his last name.

OMG we tried out the hugabub today! walked up to the post office and kfc and home again (about 4 or 5 blocks). it was good, pretty comfy but a bit sweaty and didn't have it quite tight enough cos it had slipped down a bit before I got home

    practise makes perfect I guess.
nothing else planned for today now. maybe get around to some cleaning..

raffy -haha nothing wrong with laziness. I have my house in a bit of a state and couldn't care less what anyone else thinks. I mean its not terrible bad, just clean washing around the place and a handful of dishes to do. and needs vacuuming. I try to stay on top of it as much as I can. but being a mum is so darn tiring most days I can't be bothered. YAY for coop sleeping lots. haha I also spend too much time online and not with bub. but I try and use it when he's asleep too. cos he demands my attention fairly well when hes awake LOL.

pretz awesome that Noah is sleeping through the noise! V will sleep through practically anything so its great. awesome too that your floors are getting done finally! woohoo. how much other stuff do you have left to get done or is the floors the last of it?

hi Vix, Clover and everybody else.

hey where has Nikki been lately?

Holy cow Raffy! I wish Noah would just sleep half of the time Coops slept for you last night!! lol You're sooooo lucky!!! Noah slept 8pm til 1:15am and was awake 3 times by 6am. He is asleep now and has been for the past hour and 20 mins so I'm happy with that, although the bad thing is that I'm not able to have a sleep at the moment with him.... Hopefully he sleeps better tonight though! lol Glad to hear your internet is back and that you got it all fixed by yourself! WTG!

Brydz - Yes, I too hope that he only wants a copy of the BC to see what is on it. And yes, it's odd that he wants to go to centrelink, because he won't be able to get any money......sounds a bit strange to me. I hope it all works out and that things can easily get resolved. Hope you enjoy a lovely, peaceful day at home with Vinny and that you are able to catch up on some sleep later!

Brydz - Yes, I'm thrilled that Noah is sleeping through the noise (he usually does sleep through most things, but I was worried this was REALLY LOUD) and I'm thrilled that Noah is and has been sleeping for so long! lol After the floors are done, we're going to move upstairs, probably next weekend as the floors needs 36-48 hours to dry and if the guy finishes this weekend then the floors won't be ready to walk on until Monday or Tuesday so we'll move up (finally) that next weekend! Yay! I can't wait!!! After we're up there, we need to get benches for the kitchen as well as the doors for the cupboards. Once that's done, we have to get a tiler in to tile in the kitchen above the bebches and in the bathroom and then it's all done! Yay!!

I'm not sure where Nikki is. Have been thinking of her too and send her a txt to say hi.

Noah just woke up and is hungry which is just as well as my right boob us about to explode! lol

    BBL!

Just wanted to pop in and let you girls know that I heard from Nikki via txt and that she is still away on holidays with limited internet access. She said that she has been able to read, but not been able to post.

Noah had 2x 1.5 hour sleeps today, one this morning, one around lunch and just went down again for a sleep....it must be the day for babies to sleep. Wow, Raffy, I could only hope that Noah sleeps for even half the amount of time Coop's sleeps. lol

I'm off to go have some dinner (early dinner for me) because once Noah wakes it'll be feed time, bath time, play time and then settling him for bed and that way I won't have dinner til after 8pm! lol

    xoxo

OMG...I am so nervous that I feel like throwing up. I keep telling myself I have had three c-sections which is followed by a daily needle in my belly each day, removal of a bandage and this time with Alannah, the removal of stitches that this is nothing. I just did a little 'lite' reading on FNAB and they said it is a fine needle......it had better be. Then there is the wait for results. They have to go to Pathology so I hope it is ready by tomorrow so I can get into the GP asap. Wish I had something to take to calm the nerves and anxiety - - - -I have Bundy???

Sorry for the me post again but I am FREAKING OUT!

On a happier note Alannah is 4 months tomorrw being the 19th! Yikes!

hi Vix how did you go? i was thinking bout you all day! holy cow 4 months?? where has that time gone.

AFM - well went to the doctors this morning and cried the whole time, shes put me on anti depressants and told me to come back in a month to be re evaluated (which should work out perfectly with Coopers 4 month needles) now just gotta wait out the week until they start to kick in. i seriously feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders already. doesnt help that cooper is doing my head in today. one more week, one more week, one more week and i will feel better.

    Hi All,

just a quick one cause I have bad internet here. Am in the hospy with Madison
She started refusing feeds last Wed, and its just gotten worse. Her daily intake should be about 800ml for her weight, and shes only taking 300-600ml.
They reckon its due to the reflux, but I just don't know. I'm so exhausted & scared that maybe its something else & they are just missing it!!!
I wouldnt have thought reflux could be so bad that she wont even have more than a few sucks. tonight is the 3rd night shes gone to bed with an empty belly. My heart is breaking for her & ive been crying all afternoon. I hope that they bloody well do something tomorrow, instead of just "monitoring" her.

Sorry for the me/vent post. Am just so anxious/nervous i'm almost vomiting. Will update when able to.

    Bec xo

Bec, I'm so sorry to hear. I know its different coz little Maddi is so small, but I had DS in hossy with similar problems at 9 months old.
He had a fever & was lethargic, but that was it. They were the only symptoms he had. After 3 days in with the drip he started feeding again & we went home with the diagnosis of a viral bug As we were leaving a rash started on his feet. It was scary, but he was ok.
Praying that your little princess only has something similar... look after you xx

I felt nauseous for the first week or so, & grit my teeth alot too.
They all have different side effects, but they'll usually settle. Mine increases everything for the first 4 or so weeks, then reduces it. (Sorry, dunno how to explain that better, lol).

When I wasn't sure though, I posted in the private depression & anxiety support group. Have you joined there?? There are others in there on the same meds as you & they'd be able to answer any questions you have

    Hello everyone,

I do read and keep up to date, but just don't find the time to post!
Raffy - Big hugs hun, glad you have sought help & you will get through it! xx
    Clover- Also big hugs! x
Pretz - I would hate DH to be away, hang in there. How exciting about your house though!!

Ummm...hi to everyone else as well!!

AFM - All going along good, have an appointment with ECHN this arvo just for a chat about TY's chucking, i think i just need someone to tell me that the amount he chucks is fine, on a bad day 20-30 times, i just worry it will do damage or something and want to make sure we shouldn't be looking down the "intolersnce to something" road!! He is still on his reflux meds but i have decreased the dose down to a third of what he was on, so after our holiday i will try & take him off and i think he will be fine!! The chucking doesn't worry him at all, he thinks its funny, so thats a good thing i suppose!! He is a little chunker too, so it is not effecting his weight so i'm sure she'll just say that it is a case of his sphincter in his oesophagus maturing!! Can't wait for that day!! Off on holidays fpr 2 weeks this friday, so you all take care and i'll catch up when i get back!! Will pop back in this arvo & update on the appointment!!

Vix - How did it all go?? was thinking of you yesterday! xx
