Vix, Summer didnt crawl until 10 months - Ben was at 6 months so its each to their own! I think its nice when they crawl later - Ben will be walking in the next month I reckon, he lets go of everything and stands upright for a few seconds. Cant believe it - will look so silly, he still looks like a little baby. Ugh its such a PITA when they get into everything!!!
Hi everyone else!! BB curses me - whenever I come on here, Ben wakes up from his nap!!! I never get time to post!
Tynan isn't crawling, he is the master of rotating around & around & around and "worming" backwards, isn't pulling himself up on things either, but wants to stand all the time!! I keep saying to DH i wish he would crawl as he gets so frustrated but i know the moment he is we will wish he wasn't into everything! :)
Grizzly bubba here today, he just went down for his 3rd nap of the day, the last 2 have been 30 minutes each, but at least he went down again without a fight! He is very tired & has a little cough, will take him to the drs tomorrow if he is still a bit funny!
On other news this is our first month of officially(and i am around O time, or the next few days!) Scary but very exciting as my SIL just had her 2nd this morning, another boy and her 2 are only 15 months apart! And i am like ohhh i want another baby! :)
Raffy - i can't believe in a week you are 12 weeks, how are you coping with it all, and being off your meds? morning sickness?
Anyway better get some stuff done as i probably only have about 20 mins till the little man is up again!! :)
Pretz - yep 11 weeks! If all goes well with Fridays scan I will be announcing it on FB friday night lol crazy how fast it's going. So glad AF has gone and she wasn't painful during her stay :dance: hope the next few are the same but a little shorter huh? Lol
Sparkles - omg congrats on officially TTC!! Hope it's an extremely short journey for you. Congrats to your SIL to on her new bub, Cooper and pickle will only be 15ish months apart to. Scary but I'm looking forward to it. As for my pnd I wasn't coping even a little bit with out the meds so my gp and I have agreed the benefits far out weigh the risks and I'm back on them now and tomorrow a lady is coming out from first steps to speak to me, see where im at and no doubt refer me on to a psychiatrist which I'm thrilled about as when I was first diagnosed I was chucked on meds and forgotten about but I've since found a new gp who has gone above and beyond to find me the help I need, I feel meds were just 'covering up' the problem whereas I want to actually talk and vent and get it all out and she's gone out of her way to make sure I get that. As for the m/s today is the first day in 5 weeks that I have spewed :dance: lol and I actually haven't had much nausea at all today, hopefully the dreaded m/s might not stick around this time like it did with coops.

Nikki - Wow, I can't believe Ben is standing up and letting go of everything! He'll be running around your house before his first birthday! LOL :p How has he been sleeping at night recently? Still waking heaps? Have you tried giving him anymore formula and any luck? :)

Raffy - Yeah I hope the next few AF's I have are with NO cramps and shorter for sure! I officially should only have about 3 AF's to go and then we TTC - hoping to be lucky and get a BFP first go again this time but if not, at least can have fun trying! lol :p Do you have any cravings/aversions that was different to the cravings/aversions you had with Coops that could indicate you having a girl?
AFM, I think my hormones have finally settled back to normal again as my "sex-drive" has returned (not much, but it's much better compared to the NO interest at all I had) lol :rofl: Still having some discomfort when DTD, but have not been as painful either thankfully so that's a good sign too! :dance:
Well then, best head off my little man is due to wake up any minute (if he only sleeps his usual 1 hour 15 minutes this morning) and I want to grab a cuppa tea before he demands his bottle! lol

pretz - nice work on gaining some of your labido back, im sure DH is thrilled :) also glad its getting more comfortable for you, enjoy practising your baby making for the next few months before the real deal, how exciting. when the time comes i hope you get that :bfp: straight away, you could be lucky like me, i seriously wasnt expecting it to happen straight away so thats why we started TTC when we did but i dont think a few months is gonna make that much of a difference :) still very excited. as for cravings/aversions, the only one ive really noticed is with cooper i craved milk like it was going out of fashion, like we would go through a 3 litre bottle a day just from me drinking it out of the carton lol but with pickle just the thought of milk makes me feel iffy. also with cooper i had m/s up until the day he was born and so far at almost 13 weeks im starting to feel like myself again, i only spew in the morning and other than that i dont have any nausea what so ever :) of course these things probably mean nothing but you never no :crossfingers:
ive found being pregnant for the second time really boring, by 12 weeks with cooper i was out buy clothes and putting heaps of things on layby and all that fun stuff, now all we need is a car seat :( and ill be even more disapointed if we find out its a boy coz then he wont need any clothes or room decorations or anything :( i am however, slowly but surely, setting cooper up a 'big boy room' so thats sort of replacing my urge to baby shop, and im also getting stuck into wedding plans, all these things to distract me from going and buying heaps of unnecessary baby clothes haahah.
AFM - still staying at mums while DF is away. she leaves to go to thailand on sunday so ill move back home then, and then hopefully next week goes quickly and DF will be home the following saturday. hoping coopers completely better before Sunday, poor bubba has had a cold and teething something cronic, been a bit of a handful but thats why its been awesome having mum here to help. going out to a friends house this arvo for a catch up with all the babies, excited to get out of the house :D

Pretz - yay on hormones settling down, i don't know where mine are at. I have pimples and i don't get pimples!AHHH. exciting about TTC! yay, for noah crawling as well!
Raffy - what a relief you ms is alot better, hope coops is feeling better, Ty was a real handful when he got the 4 teeth in 2 weeks followed by is throat infection!
AFM - Ty is good, was cramky yesterdat but don't know why. He's been happy this morning and also is going on an 1.25 hours of being asleep, and literally just squawked though the monitor this second!!haha what timing. Day sleeps are still hit & miss but thats just him!!! Ty is still just getting around on his belly but has started getting up on all fours & rocking, i reckon it won't be too long now!!!
As for TTC, it is exciting, lets hope the journey is a bit shorter than last time!
Better go get the little man.

Raffy - I too hope next week goes quick, my DH is away from Tuesday till the following Sunday so should be ultra boring and mega frustrating with the two kids on my hands! I cannot believe you are almost 13 weeks pregnant! That is amazing how quick the time has gone, I cant wait until you find out what it is!! I hope its a girl so you can get that shopping bug back into action! LOL at thinking the second time around is boring - I totally agree, I was buying stuff just for the sake of it in the end, just to feed my addiction a little!!
Pretz - Woo hoo on getting your libido back (insert wolf whistle!!), not long and you will be TTC, that is so freaking exciting. I cant wait to follow your pg journey too once you get that BFP, and you too Sparkles. Its a no go on the formula, or a bottle for that matter and his sleep patterns are all over the show at the moment. He wont sleep for more than 30 mins x 3 a day. I cannot get anything done becuase he is so demanding all the time. Cant even hang the washing or nothing. Feel like I never get 2 seconds to myself. I am definately NOT having another until he is past 3!! Summer has been a devil today too ...
Sparkles - Hope Ty is better, Ben had a throat infection too and lost heaps of weight. He is only just starting to get back on track.
AFM - Thought I got AF back yesterday, but it was a bit of (TMI) 'old' blood and then that was it. Nothing today. Weird. Anyhoo, Im going to go and sit on my fat bum and eat an icecream haha had a **** of a day shopping in Perth today, Sum was an absolute nightmare. Ugh.

Raffy - Thanks and yes DH is thrilled my libido is back! :p I definitely will enjoy the practice baby making because I know that as soon as I get my BFP it won't be the same again. My libido went away almost INSTANTLY when I fell pregnant with Noah and didn't come back til in the 2nd trimester but then I found it too uncomfortable with the big huge belly in the way! lol Well I'm keeping my everything crossed tightly for ya that you get a pink bundle and how awesome would it be to go pink shopping! hehe I am really hoping for a little girl too with our next bub, but if we were to have another boy I'd still be thrilled. Hope the next week goes quick until DF gets home. :hug:
Sparkles - I hear ya on the pimples, I have a couple that break out just before AF is due too now and it sucks! Never had ANY pimples when I was pregnant with Noah or BF... must be the stupid hormones! :shakehead: Glad to hear that Ty is doing better now and WTG on the nice long sleep yesterday. Noah dropped his 3rd nap, but his morning nap is between 1 hour 15 minutes to 1.5 hours and then his arvo nap is anywhere between 1.5 to 2 hours 45 minutes so happy with that!! :dance: I'm sooooo excited for ya, can't wait to hear of your BFP!
Nikki - Sorry to hear your DH is away too, hope the time goes quick for you too until he gets home. LOL thanks for the wolf whistle! :rofl: Yeah I know, the time is going so quick that we'll be TTCing again before we know it. Hello to everyone else!
AFM, went to bed tooo late last night and Noah was up from 4am crying and crying and crying, I walked up and down the hall with him and then sat on the couch infront of the fire with him cuddling and talking with him and he finally calmed down. Gave him his bottle and he went back to sleep (around 5:45am), but I couldn't (DH left for work and was noisy getting ready lol). I think one of Noah's top teeth are about to cut through as his gums is soooo swollen and I can feel the little sharp bit right there under the gum, poor darling. Hopefully he won't suffer with it too long and that it just cuts through and gets over with it! I'm starving now so might go have some brekky before he does wake up.

That is wonderful news about being referred to someone. I know in my case, it is a blessing!!!! Been a loooong time coming, nearly 40 years!!! *blushes* Not the pnd but just needing to be able to deal with and understand things. Baby steps and soon you'll be taking leaps and bounds!!!:

Hi girls!
The boys are watching Maters Tall Tales and Alannah is snoozing! Thought I would pop in before I start getting ready for the 'evening shift'! I work my house work in 4 shifts - morning shift is breaky - mornign tea. Lunch shift is from morning tea till arvo tea. Then from arvo tea until the kids go to bed is evening shift (the worst one! lol) and night shift is usually sitting on the lounge or like tonight it will be folding a truck load of washing!
DH is taking the kids tomorrow and I am going shopping for clothes!!!!!!!!!!! I am so darn excited I could pee my pants. He actually treated me on Thursday night when we went grocery shopping ($600 later.....:o) and bought me a heap of new undies and new winter pj's plus two hoodies. I have not really had decent clothes since 2005! A month ago I grabbed hand me downs of a friend who was going to bin them! Makes me feel like I am living in rags. lol
NOah has a new nickname for Alannah. Well, he calls her Alannah Princess all the time as I call her that now. Sweety.
Tomorrow. Alannah Princess. Will. Be. 9. months. old.:o:o:o:o *gulp*

Nikki - Is Ben running yet?? lol Noah was like Ben, just so quick to do everything from the word go. I presumed it was to keep up with Bailey but he is also just a natural athlete, very quick on his feet.
Okay, best run along anyway. Dh has put in a fouth bedroom and my house is a living nightmare atm but I am not complaining. It means by children will each have their own room. *happy dance*

I haven't been clothes shopping for agessss....actually not since I brought maternity clothes last year haha but thankfully fit into *some* of my usual clothes before pregnancy so that's good! lol Your future son-in-law is doing a bit better, he is teething real bad, just wants to chew on everything (more so than ever) but it's sooooooo close I can see the white under the gum and feel the tooth under the gum when I rub my finger over it. I feel so horrible for him (for all the babies teething). How cute about your Noah's nickname for Alannah Princess! Just gorgeous! WOW, I just thought of it today that Alannah is 9 months tomorrow!! Nikki - Noah seems to be doing a bit better than he was yesterday arvo and early hours of this morning thankfully but I can tell he isn't entirely his happy self poor baby. He just wants Mummy and just wants cuddles all the time. lol Unfortunately no sleep for me either as I had such a crazy day in the end (see more in AFM below). Sorry to hear you had a rough night too. Yeah these boys are going to give us wrinkles from sleep deprevation! :rofl: Hope Ben sleeps better for you tonight, especially seeing as you're flying solo with DH home.. :hug:
Re: Birthdays - I can't believe how quick these babies are growing and how quick the time is going. Noah will be 9 months in 11 days too! Wow, scary to think they'll all be ONE soon!! I got some really cute invites for Noah's birthday party the other day and am starting to think about it too. Was thinking I might have a party for him at a park and have a sausage sizzle for lunch and invite his little friends from my Mummies group and a couple of my girlfriends with kids. I'm starting to look at ideas for cakes as I'd love to get him a special cake and go all out seeing as it's his FIRST birthday and even though he won't remember it, will take lots of piccies for him to see oneday! ;)

AFM, my day ended up being a bit crazy in the end and I was running around like a mad woman! I did some washing but on my way to the washing line tripped over (stupid me! lol) and my washing basket went flying all over the wet lawn! I wasn't very impressed at first, but in the end was :rofl: about it! lol Then I broke my favorite cup/mug when I had a cuppa tea and when I phoned a girlfriend of mine to say happy 4th birthday to her little girl, she said that she'd see me at the party later..... I was like wtf I completely forgot about the party hahaha :rofl: Well, Peter was working and I didn't have other plans so said I'd be there! lol Lucky I phoned her cos if I didn't I probably wouldn't have shown lol So was rushing to get a present and then Noah wasn't being happy and was fighting sleep which made it harder to get things done etc. Finally got ready to go but Noah decided to have a 3 hour nap!!!!!! (of all days) and didn't wake until 1:50pm and the party started at 1:30pm! lol Got there at 2:30pm and made it just in time for cake! hehe Got home at 5:10pm (and Noah fell asleep in the car 15 minutes prior to that) so sat in the car with him for an extra 20 minutes until he woke up, thankfully he was happy and we managed to make it through his dinner and bathtime without any problems. He was in bed by 6:10pm and fast asleep by 6:11pm without a peep! lol Had some pizza for dinner and finally get a bit of "me" and computer time before heading to bed early tonight!

Summer was 8 months last week. She picked up the crawling thing properly & hasn't looked back :lol: Though she only crawls to what she wants so she can stand.
She let go yesterday! Didn't realise, but stood for a second alone.
I think she's had too much freedom. She won't sit still. I'm just realising how difficult it is having a cheeky baby that won't sit in the pram for 2 minutes if its not moving. None of the others were this bad!
Anyway. We just got home from a hectic week, so I'm off to bed.
Floods... will go into it tomorrow.

Warning vent ( not related to bubs). We put on work drinks last night for our employees. I had 2 as I'm just not into in and went home at 11 to relieve MIL who was at home with Ty. Dh gets home at 3am and brings people home with him, I flip out! Had just been up with Ty for over an hour( I think more teeth are coming) so now I have had a total of 3 hours sleep & am exhausted & of course dh is fast asleep and will be useless all day! He onlydoes it about 3 times a year and I don't mind when it doesn't interior MY sleep! On a side note AF came during the nights well!
Anyway got to go give Ty his weetbix, will be back for Persies xx

AFM, was up with Noah from 3:30am until around 5:45am this morning - I think it was his teeth bothering him, but thankfully he went back to sleep from 5:45am until around 7am so I was able to get some extra bit of sleep too. He just crashed for his first nap about 30 minutes ago so I'm hoping he'll sleep a while longer so I can get some stuff done! I also woke up at 3:30am this morning to dreaded old AF, and again have the heaviest bleeding :o but no PAIN or CRAMPS whatsoever! :dance: I just hope AF won't be lasting as long as she did last time (9 days :( ) If it does I might go see my GP as I think I might be a bit aneamic (sp?) again as I've been feeling very weak and tired all the time (even though I think I'm getting enough sleep most of the time).

Clover - Hi!! Great to see you again! How cute on Summer letting go! Bet she surprised herself doing that. I sympathise with you, my Summer would sit in the pram all day if she had to, but Ben, can't go more than 10 minutes. It sucks cause I play netball on a Thursday and he has no option but to sit in there and scream! :lol:

Re: Birthdays - I have no idea what I am going to do, seeing as my family is very AFL and the grand final is on the day before Bens birthday, I am either going to have to do something on Sunday night or a morning tea on the Monday. DHs family are very religious and church takes up most of the day on Sunday but if I wait to Monday, my dad and mum will have to work. SO, my only option is to do a night time thing which sucks and invite about 40 people. I have no idea what to make for food etc. Perhaps I will just do a kiddy party but then I want everyone there seeing as its the first birthday ... ARGHHHHH :wall:
AFM - I was determined only to feed Ben once last night, and after trying to get him to sleep for 30 minutes I gave in and fed at 11:30pm LOL haha but then when he woke at 3:30am, I persisted and after 50 mins :o he went back to sleep and didnt wake till 7:15am!! WOOO HOOOO! I think if I get his night times sorted, he will sleep better during the day ... and you know what, just quietly, he has been asleep now for 45 minutes!! :lol:

Nikki - :rofl: glad that I could make you laugh (and almost wee your pants) lol I honestly thought that my pregnancy/breastfeeding brain/memory would have gotten better by now, but to be honest I almost think it's becoming worse!! lol I seem to be forgetting EVERYTHING unless I put a reminder on my phone to remind me of them, but even then, I have to remember to remember to put a reminder on my phone! :rofl: Thanks, yes, I am thrilled to have another year off from work as I can't bear the thought of leaving my baby to go to work! I'm entitled to 2 years off (unpaid maternity leave) and can then utilise any other leave I have but if I don't go back then, then I guess I'll have to resign and I guess that is most likely what will happen especially if I'm going to have bub #2 at some stage next year and probably just before the time I'd be due back at work. There's no way I'd be leaving my 2-3 month old bub then either!! lol I'd love to just continue to stay home and be a full time SAHM to my babies and if it means living tightly (as we are having to live tightly) then so be it! ;)
Mmmmmmmmm... that's a tough one having Ben's birthday around AFL time and your in-law's not being available on the day due to Church committments. Hopefully you can sort something out. What is it with these boys waking us at random hours of the night/morning hours?? lol Glad to hear you were successful and got Ben back to sleep until 7:15am this morning though and that he had a nice 45mins (or more hopefully) sleep this morning! Yay! :dance:
Re: Vix - I phoned her this morning and she said that she was doing better. She said that she might take a bit more time from FB but that she hopes to return (at some stage). Told her that everyone was thinking of her and said hello - she said hello back and I'm sure she'll pop in here again when she has the chance. :)
AFM, just popped my little man down for his nap after fighting for nearly 45 minutes and I got him out of his bed and we had a play. I might try to go have a nap too as I have a stinking headache all of a sudden so hopefully it'll go away soon.

Vix - Yes, it's quiet in here - I think everyone's resting and recovering as a few of us girls and our bub's are sick! :( Noah and I are doing a bit better thankfully and on the mend. ;) WTG on Miss Alannah on all fours rocking back and forwards! It won't be long now and she'll be crawling around EVERYWHERE! Noah started off real slow with the crawling, but he is quick now, I put him in my bedroom on the floor when I get dressed and by the time I had pulled my shirt over my head he is in the living room already! lol :rofl: How are you doing? Group Question 1 - Do you find your bubs go to sleep easily when you put them in their cots for naps? Noah can be dead tired and I'll put him in bed, but will hear him play with his teddy, kicking the cot, crawling around, now standing up (he just cracked his cot mobile attachment as he was standing up and grabbed for it! :shakehead: lol) and shrieking, squealing, laughing, chatting etc and then when he is dead tired he will whinge for a while and then fall asleep but from when I put him in his cot until he is asleep it can take up to 30 minutes at times....:rolleyes: Anyone else experience this?
Group Question 2 - How does one deal with a baby that is suffering with seperation anxiety? For the past 2 days I can't leave the room and Noah will scream / whinge / cry. I always talk to him when I leave the room, but no, when he can't see me, he screams. He then crawls around to where I am and when he finds me he clenches to my pants/legs and won't let go or stop whinging until I pick him up. I can't even sit on the couch and he wants to climb up on the couch with me... Any tips/ideas please??
AFM, have a very CLINGY baby today and he is getting up to mischief in his bed as I said above. DH is working and I have so much I would LIKE to do but just don't seem to be able to get anything done. Guess tomorrow is another day I can TRY to do it....lol Just 5 minutes for myself would be great too! :pray:

I'm not sure about question 1 coz when coopers tired we give him a bottle and he falls asleep so then we put him down, if we put him in the cot when he's awake, no matter how tired he will just scream hysterically for ages until you go in, sometimes at night he will eventually just go to sleep but almost 99% of the time, as I said, he falls asleep on the bottle
As for question 2 no advice but Cooper is exactly the same!!! He screams when I leave the room even if it's only to the kitchen and he can still see me it doesn't matter he will just crawl and climb up my leg! I was hanging the washing on the clothes horse today and he wouldn't get off my leg which made it hard to go from the washing basket to the clothes horse and back, even last night, df got home from work, and admittedly Cooper had been very grumpy but normal daddy makes that better, nope, I went to pick up my sister from her work and Cooper was sitting on DFs lap and as soon as he saw me walk towards the front door he started screaming, poor baby, broke my heart (but made me feel special at the same time) I think he definately knows the difference between us being there and not being there, last night my sister came over and babysat while df and I went out to dinner and a movie with friends. For the last 2 weeks Cooper has been sleeping from 7ish to at least 6.30am even as late as 9am every night without an issue, last night my sister said he went to sleep at 7.30 then woke at 8.30 and stayed awake crying until 11 when he finally crashed out and we woke him up after 9am this morning. So I think it might have been him missing us as my sister said there was no other obvious reason for his crying and he hadn't been a problem for me for over 2 weeks. Bless. Anyways that was a lot of rambling about nothing in particular. Sorry I couldn't offer any advice
As for being pregnant, it is becoming very real now lol. Been feeling loads of flutters and on the odd occasion a nice big kick. Already almost 15 weeks lol going so fast. But I think that could be because most of the time I forget I'm pregnant. My MIL asked me how far along I was the other day and I honestly had no idea haha, I'm definately not pregnancy obsessed like in was with Cooper. Put a new car seat on lay by today and now we are counting down the weeks til we find out the sex :) only 3ish weeks to go :)
AFM - went and put a butt load of stuff on lay by today, hit up the kmart toy sales and lay by'd both birthday and Christmas presents as well as a cool walking-to-wagon toy for now and then as I said before put a car seat on lay by for little pickle, first baby thing I've bought this pregnancy haha can't believe it took me 15 weeks lol also today I bought my wedding dress!! All systems are go now, very excited, hoping to have the wedding during the week before coopers birthday so that all mine and DFs family can be here for both, only going to be an extremely small ceremony with just immediate family and our best friends and then going out for a very nice dinner that night lol, nice and small and casual :) can't wait
Pretz - number 1, I don't know! :lol: Summer goes to sleep on the boob. Occasionally she might put herself to sleep in the cot, but more often than not its boob.
Number 2 - the walker. Summer goes in the walker when I'm not in the main living area. She has loads of things in all different hidey holes to pull out one by one & keep her amused. Doesn't take her long to go through them all though! She's pretty independant & will let me know when she wants to get down to go get into something.
Question 1 - I have always put Alannah in her cot from the day we came home. Even during the day I put her to bed, tuck her in tightly, close blinds, music on, kiss her and put up the sides of the cot, light off and pull the door to. If I don't tuck her in she rolls around the cot. I moved her cot away from the door yesterday as the light from the lounge shines in there at night. At night time when she goes to bed, she knows her routine. Bottle with a dim light on, music on and then into her cot the way I spoke about before.
Question 2 - sometimes she carries on if she can't see me but she yells (calls) out to me but mainly it is her brothers she is looking for! :-) Yay for me!!!! lol

Raffy, Vix & Clover - Thanks for your replies re: my group questions. He is a bit less clingy now so perhaps it was just because he was sick.. I guess if it is seperation anxiety that it's all part of their development/growing and obviously just a phase they grow through. I'm sure in time he will grow out of it and learn to be a bit more independant! ;)
Raffy - So glad everything with your pregnancy is going well and wow, I can't believe how quick your pregnancy has gone! I guess you're right about when it's no 2 it goes quicker as obviously you have your hands full with no 1! :D When is your 19-20 week scan? Have you booked it yet? I'm sooooooo excited for you and can't wait to hear what you're having. :dance: Feels like just the other day we were ALL counting down to our 20 week scans and found out what we were having... lol
Nikki - How is that cute little boy of yours sleeping now? Still waking through the night for feeds? Any luck with getting him on a bottle or some formula?
Sparkles - Hope Ty is even better today and that his cough goes away for you soon! It's so heartbreaking when they're sick and very exhausting when you don't get much sleep/rest yourself.

AFM, Noah is standing up against EVERYTHING now and has even taken the odd step sideways. My poor cats don't seem to be getting any rest anymore either (unless they're up high or on my bed where he can't get them) as he crawls after them and chases them around everywhere. Kind of funny to watch! :p I'm so glad he is feeling a bit better because for the past 2 days, I have this horrible pain in my left side and have had some spotting which I'm like WTF, I'm on CD16 so not sure what that's all about. I finally have my GP appointment booked for tomorrow afternoon at 14:15pm and thankfully MIL is able to look after Noah for me while I go to my appointment.

I am soooo clucky and can't seem to stop thinking about babies, the more I hear of babies, the more clucky I seem to feel! :rofl: I think reading through our belly buddy thread in order to update the last of my pregnancy journal and "reliving" my pregnancy through there is another thing that is contributing to the CLUCKY feelings! lol :p

AFM, just took some panadeine for the first time since giving birth and it's making me feel a bit drowsy lol probably because I haven't had anything stronger than panadol for soooooo long. Got my heatpack on my tummy as I sit here as I'm feeling very achy and tender in my left pelvis... MIL phoned this evening sick as a dog so she can't look after Noah and because she can't look after him I changed my GP appointment for 11:45am, so going to leave my Mummies group a bit earlier...

Sparkles - Thanks for your concern. I went to see my GP yesterday and she did a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy even though I told her there's like a -10% chance! :rofl: Came back negative as I knew it would. She checked for a UTI but negative too. She is sending my urine sample to pathology just to check on the UTI. She had a feel of my ovaries and I nearly jumped off the bed when she touched my left ovary. Sooooo painful! :( She is sending me for an ultrasound to rule out an ovarian cyst. Ultrasound is tomorrow afternoon at 14:00pm..... I just pray that if it is a cyst that it's small and that it'll go away on it's own. Have had a number of cysts over the years and although most of them thankfully resolved on their own, a few of them kept growing and caused intense pain which resulted in surgery (laparoscopy)! :( Thanks for your message on FB too, just saw it come through. :hug: Geez, you'd think once we've had babies that our female related problems would ease up or go away lol :doh: You said you were also going to have an ultrasound to rule out cysts etc... Are you having pains as well? What are your symptoms? Do you had a history of cysts as well? Hope for both our sakes it's something simple and that it doesn't affect us TTCing! :hug: to you!! xo

What is with these female problems, thats what evryone has always said to me, once your body has done it once it knows what its doing!! NOT!!
I hope your ultrasound shows just a healthy old ovary there & no cysts!!
AFM - i went back on the pill after Ty, went off it 3 months ago and ever since have had excruciating O pain. So bad i have to call DH home from work as i can't move , it lasts for about 14 hours and gets to the point i am in tears, nausea & wondering if i should go to hospital, not fun!!! I have always had O pain since i was a teenager but just a dull, annoying kind of pain!! This is ridiculous. I also don't O till around CD21 and get AF 7 days later so my cycle is all screwy. I always O'd late and had a shortish LP (10-11 days) when TTC but anywayz. So i have an ultrasound this saturday to rule out cysts etc, and go back to the dr;s on monday! In saying all this though, i O'd this month (monday just gone) on CD16 YAY and the pain was still very bad but i could still do things so maybe my body is sorting itself out!! Who would know really!! Will keep you updateed!!
We are all good, Ty is random with his night sleeping at the moment, about 50% of the time sleeps 6-6 the other 50% wakes up about 3-4am and wants a bottle!! Other than that he only has a tiny cough left from his cold!

Sparkles - Ah that sucks! Sorry to hear about the O pain being that bad and that you cycle is all screwy just like mine!! :wall: I too hope for both our sakes that our ultrasounds reveal nothing and that it's just our hormones being a tad out of whack but that it'll fix itself SOON! We want more babies dammit and want to be able to TTC without any of these problems and tests! lol I too have had O pains since I was a teenager and mine were pretty horrific too at one time (lasting about a day (24 hours or so) but mine was due to endo. Thankfully after my last endo op in 2007, although I still had some pain with O, it wasn't as delibatating and I can still do things. :) My last 2 periods lasted 9 days and were super heavy and then came 24 days after the previous so I'm not even sure when I O'd (never really had O pain to tell me I was O'ing) and if I even did (guess in a way I must've as I had a period...) when was it??? :shakehead: Snap that your doc checked your iron and thyroid levels too! Hope it comes back normal. ;)
Glad to hear that Ty is better and yes I hear ya on the random night/early morning hour wakings for a bottle. Noah has been sleeping better again too, sleeping 6:30pm-6:00am but the past 2 mornings woke around 3am chatting away for about half an hour before screaming his head off and nothing will make him go back to sleep except a bottle....lol :doh:He is napping now so I'm hoping he will nap for a while because I have sooooo much to do (or would like to do) before he demands my attention again...lol.

AFM: Really, badly going through a wanna have another baby stage. Kinda gets me down at times but only for a split second as these three gorgeous kids keep me so busy! (and crazy!! lol)
Alannah now says 'bub bub bub' and instead of 'dad dad dad', she says 'bab bab bab'! lol
We bought Alannah her first life jacket for the boat as we are going away next week ------ $99 later!!! *gulp* But she is our babeeeeeeeee, <3

But just for you, here's a special update (copied from our group on FB)..... :)
Great!! (NOT) Ugh, so I had my ultrasound this arvo and the report says that I have a 3.1cm x 2.7cm simple (fluid) cyst on my left ovary and a very small fibroid on the lining of my uterus. I see the GP again on Monday morning so will see what she says about it all and we'll go from there. :( I'm sure the cyst should be ok as I've had plenty of fluid cysts before and they just either rupture (which is painful, but it's better than surgery) or go away on their own, so hopefully that's the case... Not sure about the fibroid though as I've never had one but my Mum had them before having a hysterectomy and said to me before that they sometimes put you on the pill to lower your estrogen levels and that can shrink them too, so not sure...will see what my GP says. The lady who did the ultrasound said it was very small, so hopefully thats a good sign too! :crossfingers:

Vix - I hear ya on wanting to have another baby soooooooooo badly! :hug: I can understand how you feel though, but there's always a way IF you and DH do decide that you'd like another baby right? ;) I now almost want one more than ever because I don't want to have more female problems which might cause problems and stop me from having that other baby!! lol WTG on Alannah's words how cute! Noah just goes bub-bu-ba all the time with a Da-da-da in there too at times. lol How cool about her life jacket, you'll have to email me a photo so I can see her in it!
Sparkles - GOOD LUCK with your scan tomorrow, hope you have better news than me and that your ovaries/uterus is all good ready for baby making! :p
