Sangie - oh the single mother thing - I can't understand how women do it day after day. I would be completely lost without my DH and other network i have around me. I too have a huge respect for these women. And also the women that have multiple babies - i can't wrap my head around that either!
Thats no good about Ethan only sleeping on you....I did that for ages, i got nothing done apart from watch a lot of TV!
NW3 - OH NO! What a nightmare you are living at the moment. I saw the news, that water was crazy! At least you had insurance i guess. But oh the hassle of it all. I have no answers about your bub playing up on the boob. It did take me a while to work out that when V is pulling herself on and off and being awful on the boob she needs to get rid of gas, i sit her up for a minute she does a huge burp and goes back on happily - but that doesn't sound the same for you. Keep perservering honey.
Art - good to hear the shopping went well - i guess it does have the advantage of you spending lots of money on useless stuff you don't need! A is just precious in her pics!
Easha - I am in Brisbane on the northside and the heat is killing me. I sit inside all day in the airconditioning because i refuse to go out in the heat.I don't think i should be living in Brisbane! What side do you live on?
We have no routine in this house - Tizzie Hall didn't last long! She is back to being all over the shop. I gave her a bottle of formula last night to see if that would make her sleep any better - no. I too brewed up the old pumpkin last night and she started on that - Loved it! So have frozen some and will work our way through it before i switch to a new vege! Easha i gave it to her after her bath time so about 6pm when she is happy, however she ended up with pumpkin all over her so sort of cancelled out the bath IYKWIM!
Violet came out yesterday in an awful rash all over her trunk front and back and up her neck - awful. I took her to the doctor who said it looked like a viral rash whatever that is, she wasn't concerned as violet doesn't appear unwell. I was worrie it could be measles or something. But then i thought about it and i had given her mango the day before. Apparently a lot of young ones have reactions to stone fruits. That and i didn't realise they will react on the 2nd time they have the fruit not the first, because the body has to create antibodies after the first time she eats i. So maybe she is allergic to mango? I don't know, but the rash is no better today.
She is asleep on DH's chest at the moment - going to take the oppurtunity to have a cup of tea....I never seem to get through a full cup these days, my house is littered with half drunk cold glasses of tea!!
