well I am a bit late but MM i think you made the right call re fridays - you dont want to dread it or start getting resentful... it is nice they want to help out though. how are things with them now anyway?
Ange - wow only 3 months... thats good amt of time for planning. is the int today? yep it is a seed outfit little J is wearing in that pic. it is adorable. your girls are SO cute - i love the pics you put up! i also added a few more today. You and Rainy seem to have me convinced re the MB double. think we will invest!
Rainy - that phil and teds story is terrible, i am not a fan of them anyway.. my friend chopped the top cm of her finger off using one... and she is training to be a surgeon so not good.
MD - how are you doing today?
Arte - that is so sad re your mum and stepdad and the way they treat W. they are really missing out. do you think they will 'come into their own' whenW is a little older? i think some people arent baby/toddler people iykwim? i def think my ILs and my mum will each be better with the kids and more natural with them at diff stages, just bc of their personalities - though they are all wonderful gparents i must admit.
my mum is here tonight and taking tomorrow off to help me with the boys. i am such a wuss i dont think i can doa day with them by myself.
got J weighed today - he is 4.8kg! big boy!!! he has gone from 25th to 50th percentile on weight (around 30th on height so a little chubber).
Trill - hope A is ok today. N also spews after milk when he is a bit phlegmy.
oh that reminds me - i forgot to take a bottle to sydney - so we have dropped the last bottle! he has a tiny bit of milk in a cup after his bath now and that's it.
are any of you going to move to low fat milk at 2yo? i am thinking of doing it now, just bc it is easy to have 1 type in the house. still full fat everything else though (it just tastes better) what do you all think?
ummm you have me feeling v disorgabised re the party - better get onto it. want to make it really nice for N, so much attention has been not on him lately and he LOVES parties so i think he will feel v special
He has a girlfriend at kindy now - he talks about her all the time and her mum says she constantly talks abotu him too. the teachers all mentioned it to me and DH said they ran up and cuddled each other when he arrived this morning and were calling out each other's names and she brought all the farm animals over to him as he was putting his coat away. soooo cute - young love! i want to invite the kids he loves from kindy to his party - tell me do i need to invite the whole room? and is it weird or not the done thing since i dont really know the parents? what do you think? i just figure they are his first real friends that he chose himself ie not myfriends kids... esp the girlfriend! (he called out her name in his sleep last night too!)
