There was no barney over the sheet, I was *very calm* and DH has been very contrite ever since. However we are scratching the surface of some deeper household dynamics - all revolving around DH's stress levels - and he doesn't know it yet (LOL) but we will be going to counselling and he will be doing individual sessions & learning some strategies.

Highlight of the day today - a *massive* piece of chocolate cake in peace with my own thoughts (DDs both in care) before I trundled off to Target to layby some winter clothes.
