We've got two razor scooters and they are awesome! The kids all love them and ride them often. I'd go for a two wheel one instead of the toddler-ish 3 wheel ones as once they master riding them they wont have a bar of a 3 wheel one. We need to get another one because atm we have 3 two wheel ones and the 3 wheel one and there are 4 kids LOL. But Lindsay really wants a powerwing so he'll get that for his birthday next year.
Ginger, if he can ride the 2 wheelers I would go for that for L - then he won't outgrow it as quickly. Like Trill said, I have heard that once they master the 2 wheelers they won't touch the 3 wheelers with a long stick. W tried the 2 wheeler in the shop but couldn't manage it and we thought it didn't matter if we got the toddler one because A will use it too but if J is getting one of his own then you would probably get more value out of the 2 wheel. That sounds really rambling and long winded.
Trill, I was thinking of you today as I was driving to the city (well, big town but it tries lol). How far is it to your closest city? I imagine you driving on long straight roads with flat dry empty land around? (aka a scene from Mcleods lol) Ours is only about 80kms but takes 1.25 hours because it is so curvy. Today there were random waterfalls off the banks and mudslips everywhere to dodge.
thanks arte- i'm thinking of just getting them both the 3 wheeled one and then next year getting L the more advanced one. sounds really excessive, i know!, but i have razor connections too iykwim? plus we always hand everything down to friends and family anyway.
