Cass, hope your boobies are getting on top of the mast now, and everything's getting easier.

    JM - whew - glad you're back.

Re the long weekend. Labour something? I honestly don't know. It takes me by surprise every year Not that I'm complaining at all...

Arte, W's colour choices are a crack-up. The room sounds great. You're an action woman!

Trill, your time away sounds lovely, and the meetup with some awesome ladies even better.

MD, not really an action woman, it just has to be done. I enjoy painting rooms, it is probably about as creative as I get lol

Nothing much happening here, except that suddenly W seems to be such a big boy!

Cass- Sometimes i feel lost in the jungle.

Grey Arte? I wonder what he loves about grey. Good on you for doing it though.

    Is bad dreams a common thing at this age? Lu has suddenly started having them. Last night she didn't want to go to bed, we had the following scenario;
"Just one more minute mummy, one more minute"
"No Lu, it's time for bed"
"I don't want to close my eyes"
"Why not? Does it hurt or are you scared, what's wrong?"
"I'm scared mummy i don't want to race"
"What do you mean darl? Did you have a bad dream? what race were you in?"
"Last night i was racing in a boat, i don't want to race mummy"
"What happened, what made you scared?"
"I fell out of the boat and floated away in the water mummy."

It almost snapped my heart in two. I reassured her that mummy would always be there to save her in her dream, and she could wake up from a dream, it was only a dream, not real etc, etc. But i am wondering if it's normal to have bad dreams at an early age or if she is somehow traumatised by something? She has been crying out a bit in her sleep lately. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same. Sometimes it sucks being over here with no-one to ask.

By the way, i'm almost 5 weeks preg......

Awwww Poor Lu That must have been really worrying for her. I think it's entirely possible for them to have bad dreams. Every now and then A will do the same thing - they all have - and I go in and he's sooking in bed, but still very much asleep. So I do think that often when that happens it is a bad dream.

leila gets them too. we remedy with lots of cuddles and words that it is a dream and dreams can be woken up from and then it's all over...(i say this cause that's what my mum used to say to me and it worked lol!)

    howdy lovelies

Re nightmares, L has had them since he was a baby. We find when he is sick they are more frequent. He can't tell me what they are about and some nights I have to wake him to stop him yelling and crying. We have them at least a couple of times a week.I wish there was something I could do to stop them.

Cass how is the mastitis going? Its awful isn't it.

Trill sounds like an awesome weekend away. I would love a weekend away with the girls.

I am exhausted after a busy weekend. Z got hit with gastro after her party it passed through DH and L too though thankfully very quickly.

Hello girls, sorry been MIA again! Just dropping in to say hi and hope everyone is doing well. Congratulations to Clare on the birth of baby M, and what a gorgeous little thing she is. Amazed by your home birth, wish I had the guts.

Busy busy busy life at the moment, uni work coming out of my ears, M on the go constantly, work and trying to fit in time to rest - near on impossible. Plodding along with pregnancy, up to 26 weeks and feeling huge now. But apart from it all, life is good!!

Anyway I wish I had more time for BB, but I just dont at the moment. Next year I have made the decision not to go back to work after bubs is born, instead I will be a FT SAHM, something I am excited and also a tad worried about. So next year I will probably be on here every day lol.

Anyway I hope everyone is doing well, I keep myself updated with all your beautiful pics of the kids on FB.
