G, L is one of the last letters that they learn to pronounce. W can say everything else but still doesn't say 'l' properly. I was worried he had some sort of speech impediment so I googled lol. Don't worry about it, he will get there.

We had the kindy Christmas party today. It was dress up and the only thing W wanted to be was a snail lol. So I made them little snail outfits. It was very good, they had a bouncy castle and a little train and a fantastic spread of foods. A has been asleep in the car for 2.5 hours so far!

G, I have just realised why you are always worried about kids near water! W was and still is a cautious kid by nature, he would never go further than the waters edge but OMG Miss A is neck deep before I am even out of the car! She is quick and has no fear! All the things we took for granted because W would never do them are now suddenly dangerous. She has to be within arms reach at the beach or river. The other day she went for a ride on mums 16hand horse with a massive smile on her face - W would hardly go near it for a pat. Seriously, a bit of fear would be healthy!
