And yeah, if it wasn't for the weather I wouldn't mind being down there either - I lived there for about 18 months - but just couldn't hack the 4 seasons in one day thing!!!!! I'm glad Chris has been pulling his finger out and doing more stuff with Ash - thats excellent!!!!
Kristy - yeah DS is stubborn too.. must get it from me I think!!!! I think we are teething the 2 year old molars here - he hasn't woken up in a very good mood today.. just for something different!!!! lol
I really should weigh Miss M - she must be over 6kg now if everyone else's bubba is..

As for us.. well nothing really happening... DS fell out of bed again last night.. but he goes out feet first so just ends up standing next to the bed, then calls out mummy mummy... but mummy is far too lazy to haul her big fat butt outta bed - so daddy goes in .. and gets a "hellloooo daddy" ... lol... not good at 3.30am!!!!
Little Miss M is still sleeping through, so all is good there. She's such a good girl.
Hmm. another day off today... must think of something to do to entertain the kids.. perhaps I'll go for a walk!!! Nah... maybe not.. maybe I'll just weigh Miss M now... she had a feed about an hour ago, so it shouldn't affect it too much - but her big cloth nappy might!!! LOL
I'll be back with the weigh in amount...
ETA - weighed in at 6.1kg - give or take the amount for the nappy!!! LOL.. so perhaps a smidge under 6kg I would imagine..

Mel - How funny A falling out of bed feet first lol. It's so nice that your little princess is such a good girl for you, it gives me hope that our second one will be better too. I don't think that Isabel has hit 6kg yet her next apt isn't until 1 Dec so hopefully by then she will be. How is working going???

Well I have MG today and we are going to the park which will be nice, it's going to be hot so will have to dose Izzy up with some sunscream and a hat!! She was a little unsettled yesterday hence me having a really bad day. She didn't sleep much at all during the day and then decided to wake up at 2am wanting a feed which I wasn't happy about. She is currently sleeping so hopefully she will make up all the lack of sleep from yesterday.
A BIG "WAVE" to all that I have missed need to get some housework done while I can. BBL hopefully.

Missy- DH got them, myer was having 30% off xmas deco's so he went for a look and came home with them.
IVF appointment went well, have another appointment on Monday & have to have ALOT of blood taken (same with DH)

Mel- Yesterday I was sending a txt to my friend and when I was scrolling through my numbers came across yours and thought that I should keep in touch with you more hehehe. Lucas weighed 6.1kgs the other day aswell.

Tannis.. i just use Jesse's sunscrean which is a purple Pooh Bear roll on one.. brand is Sun Pals. It says on it for Baby and Toddler Sun Protection SPF30+, Fragrance Free Lotion for Delicate Skin. Doesnt say anything about an age limit. Ive used that on Keira and shes been fine with it.

Awww well had a great time today with the gang. Talling Kristy, kell and the kids the Gang now...heheh...As Kell said the kids had fun and yes our mums know eachother. They use to play Ten Pin bowling together....lol...How funny and small world is that.

Ayapi yes im doing great thanks hun. How you doing?? Oh I forgot to tell everyone that BIL had his first Cemo on Tuesday and so far he is feeling great. Nothing yet. Sister said they said the third day he will feel it. I hope its not to bad for him. Fingers crossed. Kell said her FIL didnt lose his hair so that would be good if John doesnt as he has the biggest elephant ears....lol...oh im slack.. Hope Izzy is not giving you to much of a hard time hun.
Oh Tannis I use sunscreen on liam. I just got one from the chemist for babies...the only crap thing about it is its a spray one and it goes every where so you have to spray it on your hand...
Oh Zee hope you feel better soon. Not nice. Awwww trust DH to get them...lol.. Oh great on the IVF. Let me know how you go.

Thanks for the response re sunscreen, I'll look around tomorrow. The sunscreen I have for Jayden specifically says over 6mths but I'd say thats just because they don't recommend younger babies to be out in the sun or for sensitive skin?? Its impossible for Ashlea to stay out of the sun up here, I might not take her swimming at SIL's house though as the reflection off the water even in the shade would burn her....am I being over paranoid?? CHN told me when Jayden was little that the more they are exposed to the sun under 6mths they had a whatever % (can't remember what she said) chance of developing skin cancer, that scared me too much so I was careful...but he was over 6mths by summer anyway.
Both my naughty children didn't go to bed until nearly 10pm! Ash had a huge 4hr sleep today plus 2 other shorter sleeps so I guess she is excused.....Jayden had 1.5hr sleep today which obviously is enough for him to stay up for 6 more hrs! He's at FDC tomorrow so hopefully he doesn't sleep so he will sleep at night!

Missy - thats good that your BIL is feeling well. I think remaining postive is a key factor in how quickly people recover.

Well we did it.. got to the shops at 8am to put a Wii on layby for us for christmas & a guitar thing for Julie/Missy at Kmart. lol.. we were the only ones there walking in the door at 8am haha. But made things a hell of a lot easier! Then we went over to Target to get Jesse's bike, which opened at 9am. There was a few people there. Man its funny seeing everyone run in when the doors open haha. I have to laugh.. so funny. We just strolled in.. knowing too well that according to the ACCC guidlines, if they sell out in a specific matter of time, they HAVE to offer you a raincheck or something of similar at the same price.. otherwise its Bait Advertising and they can get in BIG trouble. But we were lucky and got Jesse's little bike. So cute.. hes gonna love it! Its still in the car hiding from him. Cant wait until Christmas day!
Tannis.. lol yeh the things you do hey! I was at Kmart at 4am on the last sale (minus kids of course!). But the good thing about having a pram with kids in it, you can barge the crowd! lol. Yeh i have no idea about the 6 month thing and cancer. We dont have a pool.I guess though if you really want to take her in.. just take her early morning or late afternoon when the UV isnt as bad and lather her up with the sunscreen. Just also then make sure she has a rashy on to cover her chest too and a hat. I always put sunscreen on Keira when we go to the park otherwise her little legs will get burnt as the hood on the stroller only covers her top half. Shes never had any reaction to it.. but do maybe try that one we get that is for babies and toddlers with delicate skin?
Julie/Missy.. no worries re the layby.. yes got PS2! Made sure we double checked. BTW when you go to pick it up, youre gonna need a trolley! cos the box is bloody massive!!!!! pmsl. So yeh make sure you take Mel with you if you have to take the stroller too. Yeh i did buy the hot dogs, but when i got home Grahame said do you wanna get pizza.. and ill never refuse pizza lol.. so we'll have the hot dogs tonight.. mmmmmmmmmmm... Oh btw.. ive added Mylee to my Facebook! Have also added Cheryl... just waiting for her to accept me. Also.. mum said to ask you if you know Judy Lovell & Steve Lovell? Theyre no longer married but mum was good friends with them, still is.. they had a daughter a few months after mum had me and we grew up together.. looked like twins when we were little too.
