11 months on my belly button is still sticking out? Hernia?

IMO go to the GP as get it checked. My belly button has gone back to where it was pre-birth after both babies (second baby was 7 days ago).

If it is a hernia, then you may need to get it removed. I had a hernia behind my belly button when I was about 4 and had to get it removed. I ended up having my belly button repositioned.

I agree, get your GP to have a quick look at it. I think it might or might not be a hernia but it will save you a ton of wondering to just go and ask and know for sure!
