5 finger diastasis!!!

At my 39 week check up last week, my obs said I have a 5 finger stomach seperation!!!! This upset me immensely of course. This is my second pregnancy. Last time I had a 4 finger seperation but I never used a support band afterwards or consistently did physio exercises.

I'm freaking out at what my tummy is going to be like once this baby comes out and whether I'll ever get it back to normal. I've been trying to find where I can get a support band but I can't come up with any info online.

Does anyone have info on support bands? and post-natal physio in the eastern suburbs of melb? (I'm in surrey hills)

physios supply support bells.

fit wise physio in east melb is fantastic they only deal with woman primerily pre and post birth
