Yael my treatment was 6 weeks after ds was born so I hadn't done much with regards to pfe, I still had to have pads as sometimes I would leak unexpectedly. You should make time to get it fixed, it doesn't take long and I took my kids with me on a few occasions the treatment is short enough that they can be kept busy.
