Went to the physio yesterday for my very sore back and shoulders. I think I pulled muscles during labour and birth. It makes it very painful to bend forward, makiny changing nappies a little tricky. At least the Man is good at not letting me pick up anything heavier than Mack, and also changing Mack if I need. Anyway, physio worked on my back, trying to relax that big, triangular muscle, as it is all cramped up, taped it up, and gave me a stretch to do. Next appointment is on Monday.
The physio also said that I have very slight scoliosis (sp?), you know, where the spine curves side to side. He really didn't go into it. Would this be just a pg-caused thing, or more like something I've always had and just not known about? Sorry, I really don't know anything about it. And is it likely to cause issues down the track?
And probably the best thing I can do, along with the stretching, is walking?
