Birth control after bub

Hi,
Just wondering, after this bub is born we want to wait about 9 months - 1 year before trying for another, im just wondering what type of birth control to use, i was on the pill before TTC but dont really want to use this for 10 months.
What did you use or do you have any ideas?

I was considering going back on the pill....but then DH and i didnt want to have to wait again once i come off it. So we resorted to condoms-which i hate with a passion.....but that didnt last long....now its a game of hit and miss.....if i get PG i do... if not i dont....

Kim, which part, the abstinence or the jumping out early

I have no problem with the former, the later, well, lets just say Mark knows what the consiquence is if he doesn't pull out. I am still breastfeeding Tehya so the pill is not an option for me, and only rarely do we pull out the rubbers. They irritate me something shocking.
