Ok well i had Abbie six weeks ago and i am still bleeding i may go one day without anything then the next day i will bleed like a light period i suppose but it has been happening for six weeks. How long should i let it go on before i check with my doctor.
With my last baby i bled for 12 weeks the same thing and eventually went on the pill to stop the bleeding as i was sick of it. Obviously i had to stop breast feeding which upset me a little but i was just sooooo sick of it by then.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
I really wan't to bf for longer this time but i just don't think that i can handle bleeding for that long again. any suggestions would be great thanks
Have you had your 6 week post-natal check up with your dr? If not, then you'll be due soon, and definitely bring it up with him/her.
