pain relief can bind you up, i am amazed you haven't seen a doctor earlier - each time you try to go, that must be so painful. i would be worried, the longer you put off the inevitable (seeing the doc), you might be doing yourself internal damage.
it's not a pleasant thing to see a doctor about, but they do see very personal all the time.
i think it's MORE unpleasant to keep suffering like you are, you poor thing.
i really encourage you to get some medical help.
apparently, even eating a high fibre diet, it takes 2-3 days to show up in your bowel movements.
psyllium (in the organic cereal section) is 80% fibre, that's the highest fibre item i can think of.
i hope you get relief soon.
under the circumstances, can you ask your GP to make a once off house call? (i imagine it's hard to get to the doctors with nb twins).
