Definitely up your water intake. You should be aiming for 1.5 litres of water a day, possibly more. It will make a massive difference, especially if you are breastfeeding.
im not really drinking water as such on average id say 3-4 milos and a glass or 2 of cordial, i will try out these suggestions thank you everyone

Water needs to be water, not any liquid - because the body has to take all the other stuff out of it before it can use the water.
