Cramps?

Anyone had constant cramps (not bad but irritable dull pain) 4 months after having baby?
I had been spotting on and off since an endometritis infection at 4-6 weeks pp and was spotting on and off until a week ago
Nausea started at 3months so had a scan and an abnormality was found so dr thought it might be left over placenta I have started in antibiotics because if the cramping just in case

I was referred to the public hospital for a D&C I got a 5min phone call (not even an appointment) and from that phone call the dr diagnosed me and decided to cancel D&C thinking maybe it was AF trying to return or that it might resolve itself

Meanwhile I'm still cramping and still nauseous by boobs are really really sore and my nipples hurt too this is really doing my head in

I'm planning to see an ob at a private hospital so I can at least be physically looked at before being diagnosed
