The pain you have described sounds like the ovulation pains I get. My period is similar to yours as well and then the mid-cycle pain starts anywhere from day 16 to day 23 and lasts 3-4 days.
Hopefully you can get some answers from the dr. GL
It could be from the actual c/s scar itself... but also inside as who knows what they do in there when getting the bub out.
I know adhesions can increase from one surgery to the next.... because I've had numerous laps & the c/s, it would be just more & more, which is why Dr S was really hesitant to do anymore laps etc on me
I find my pains & the ''pulling'' inside is on the sides (just in a little from my hips, so I guess around where the ovaries are).
I have found its really bad when I have wind or especially if I'm constipated. (or sometimes even if I'm using my bowels without any constipation )
The last few weeks its given me hell because of the constipation in the first trimester.
Dr S has reassured me the pain is no way effecting the baby so thats another thing to keep in mind when you decide to go there for a 2nd time
Acupuncture & chinese herbs have helped it ease, but I've just accepted that its here to stay as well - will be really interested to hear what the Dr has to say on Thursday xxx
