I was at work, went to the loo and hello..... man you do not know how happy I was! now i just have to wait to see if it the start of true AF or just spotting but it aint light so i it will stay for a few days.... hey question if i was to start charting do i wait until the first day of red blood so to speak and count that as day 1? ... sorry to hear yours is heavy keep an eye on it and see ya doc if it continues....
