Hi all

Just wondering how soon after childbirth can you start exercising , more specifically i want to start doing sit ups for my tummy because I've always had a flabby one and now its ten times worse after the baby. I gave birth just over a week ago and I ended up with some " damaged " genitals and quite a few stitches. Do you think if I do a few sit ups a day I will bleed more or do any damage ??
