That really sucks hun - pregnancy takes so much out of us and everything changes - my foot size changed and I used to over pronate but now my hips have adjusted and I don't anymore. Anyoo - could you start doing some gentle yoga or pilates to build up your core strength. The stretches could help with your hip pain as well. If you have an iphone you could find some free apps - there are heaps out there that are great - otherwise maybe ebay for a dvd or youtube clips. Good luck xoxox

BBB try an osteopath. I swear by mine. I saw a chiro for years and had to go every week (cost me a fortune). I decided to see an osteo for once and saw them for 3 visits and never had to go back for another year. It was heaven to have my back and hip pain gone. They will tell you some simple stretches and exercises to do if you feel it coming on again. Good luck hun
