Is it all the time or just when you jump around or sneeze or something? I still get that sometimes doing certain things at the gym and I do my excercises religiously. I think you have to do them for a while before they start working but maybe you should go back and see your Dr anyway?

Keep doing the pelvic floor exercises. They will take time to strenghen. It would also be a good idea to see a physio, they can check you are doing them right and recommended some other exercises. In a very small number of cases there is a bigger problem which surgery mostly helps with, but most of the time it's just a matter of time and exercises. There are physios that specialise in these things (that's how common it is!). Good luck, I know it's an annoying problem.
