Hi, I had my son 2.5 years ago, and wondering if there are other mums who are still finding it very difficult to shift the weight gained from being pregnant - even if it is a few kilos!!
I put on 20 kilos when I was pregnant, then really wanted to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight, which was about 60 kilos. But after heaps of yo-yo dieting, I just seem to stay at around 65 kilos and just can't get down to what I was originally, no matter what I do ie. better diet, and I've taken up cycling, but neither seem to make a difference.
I don't have any stretch marks, but have cellulite - it seems worse than what it was before I was pregnant, does anyone else find this too??
