    mucus and lochia

DD is 4 weeks today, i'm still bleeding though not much, but it seems to be more mucus stained with blood and is has the same sort of consistancy of EWCM, does this make sense!! i'm BF so i doubt that its related to ovulation and it's been like this for over 2 weeks now,is this normal. i'ts not like normal period bleeding.

    Hi,
This is still your lochia - it goes through about 4 stages before its finished, and light coloured/cream is one of them.
Once this stops and you have no more discharge you are officially off the lochia and you can keep an eye on your EWCM for ovulation signs.

Sorry to jump on here but I still have the mucus discharge now and Danielle is almost 5 months old. It's white and stringy but not smelly and I have it all the time. What does this mean or is it something totally different?

I'm going to an OB today to organise some pelvic tests after what happened with Danielle during birth so I'll ask him then (one doctor told me it's nothing and not to worry about it but it's so dam annoying) but I thought I would ask incase anyone else knows.

Sorry AJP for jumping in on your question.

Sorry ladies but I want to jump on here too

I had my little one 5wks ago today and the last few days I have experienced really heavy blood flow and its bright red.
It started to slow down around 3wks after and went that really attractive brown colour and i thought it was nearly over but now its really heavy and really bright.

Being a first time mum im not sure if this is normal or what it is, can you help me please?
