I had the idea a while ago that my pelvic floor issues ie not being able to hold on when I needed to go, was being contributed to by me going to the loo JIC.
The thought came to me when we were leaving to go out and I went to the loo for JIC when I didn't really need to. That got me thinking in the car that maybe by doing that I am making it worse.
So I have been purposefully holding on for a bit longer and I'm happy to report that I think my ability to hold onto the tinkle is better after just a few short weeksI won't go to the loo JIC when I'm going out and I also don't go to the loo before I go to bed if I don't feel I have to. I really think it's helping
I must admit to it not being that bad that I leak when I sneeze but I have leaked when jumping on the tramp![]()
