Pain in abdomen/groin when going to the toilet

    Hi ladies... TMI ahead...

Is it normal to experience pain in your abdomen/groin when going to the toilet? It doesn't hurt too much when doing #1 but when it's time to do a #2 it prevents me from actually pushing. Could it be pelvic floor related or? I'm fairly sure I may be a little constipated too as I can barely get them out until they're 100% ready to come themselves!

ETA - The pain is only on one side

    hi!
I'm not sure about your history, (on phone so no sig...) but you only just had a baby didn't you? it is normal to be tender etc... and it does take awhile to recover. firstly take something so your not constipated. last thing you want to do it push. alsoaybe drink some cranberry juice to help your urine, will help prevent infection and can stop it burning.
is it sharp pain or ache?

I had this a bit after I had our baby (few days before you) I ate a mountain of prunes over a few days and it did pass. My middy was saying that the uterus can be a bit irritated and the bowel and intestines are right there touching the uterus. Are you still drinking raspberry leaf tea?

How are you going besides this??
