mine went terrible in the first preg... i used dr hauschka products then... but i guess it depends on what type of skin you have etc. if you can, go for a facial and get them to see what's up - not a relaxing one but one with extractions etc.
you could also do some steaming at home, that helps clear pores etc.

There is an awesome Honey and Oat scrub by the body shop. I used it all the way through my pregs because 5 mins after POAS I get a rash of pimples all up the side of my neck and face...

I like it cos it's gentle, smells yum etc but it also contains Zinc which used topically is great for healing.

My skin has gone back fine now all the preg/bf hormones have gone

Shocking hormone related acne here, it is finally settling down 4 months after having DS2. I have found scrubs make mine worse as it just disturbs the infected pores. If it is really bothering you and you can't find any normal products that help then see your doctor. I am not sure what you would use in your hair though, have you tried changing your shampoo and conditioner for oily hair ones?

I still have bad pimples on my chin, it's related to my cycle now I think as they just start to clear up and then I get hit with them again! If you find anything that works please let me know!

I'm one of the lucky ones because I've always had bad skin but it cleared during my pregnancy and i didn't have to wear cosmetics. Alas it hasn't lasted and it's back to pre pregnancy condition with mass break outs.

I have overly oily skin, which gets a bajillion times worse when i'm pregnant I've discovered! Whenever I complain to mum about them she tells me I should be greatful because I won't get wrickly as quick. I tell her to shoosh & let me whine XD

I went and saw a beauty therapist and got one of those extract facial thingys done (if you like popping pimples be one of those girls!) It cost about $50 and took an hour. She went all over my face with a magfying glass and bright bright light and squeezed out every pimple and blackhead I had to help draw some of the icky stuff out. Then gave my face, neck and upper chest a good scrub with toner, clenser and exfoliant and a good moisturise. I felt like a million bucks afterwards and I could notice the difference straight away.

The place i went to used dermalogica, she gave me a whole heap of clay based clenser samples to last a week (which i thought was great, instead of conning you into buying the lot first and using it to only find out it doesn't work) to try out and now I'm hooked

It is pretty $$ stuff, but the last clenser i bought cost me 82 bucks for a 750ml pump and I got it back in Jan and have only just run out, so in the long run your probably better off. The toner is a spray on, and I think I bought the bottle I have almost 12 months ago and it's only just run out, same with the moisturiser. You only need tiny amounts of it!

    GL! Pimples are the pitts.

I get them in the hair as well...painful!

I'd look at your shampoo if that's where they mainly are - have you changed your brand lately? Maybe a clarifying one, possibly from the health food shop. A tea tree oil based one could be the trick.
